- AHA House3 days ago1.0Sadly, never again. Deposit took nearly 10 days to refund. Got a bum car, but only realized it once I got deep into highway. Tried to text and call to swap out car from out of state but got no assistance. Just drove slow and prayed to and from my destination.
- GGGlennAug 19, 20261.0I picked up an Enterprise vehicle in Canada due to an unfortunate event. Was told I could go to any local location to me to drop off. I went to this location, and Sabrina absolutely refused to allow me to return to this location - she is clearly unfamiliar with the policies of Enterprise. I went to another location, and was able to return the car with no problem (and it wasn't an airport location (that Sabrina informed me was the only pace that could handle the transaction.) Stay away from this location if you don't want to deal with incompetence.

Accused me of damaging a vehicle I knew I hadn't while several employees stood there staring at me and then went out one by one to look at the vehicle. Then they refused to accept the vehicle and made me take it to College Park, which, turned out to be a good thing since the employees there were professional and communicated with the office where I had picked up the vehicle to confirm I hadn't damaged it.
