    My first experience renting through SRXT was excellent. The entire process was smooth, professional, and hassle-free. I will definitely be a repeat customer and would gladly recommend SRXT to anyone seeking a reliable rental company. I would also like to extend a special thank you to Ray and LaCretia for their outstanding customer service. They were friendly, helpful, and made the entire experience easy from start to finish. Their professionalism and dedication truly stood out, and I appreciate the positive experience they helped create. Thank you both for making my first rental experience such a memorable one!

    During my rental process, I experienced what I felt was a passive-aggressive attitude from Dana, the manager on duty. There was an issue with my additional driver’s license not being accepted, and when I asked why, Dana repeatedly told me it was “internal” and that there was an issue with the ID, but she could not tell me what that issue was. As the customer, I believe that if there is a concern with my identification, I have the right to receive a reasonable explanation. I wasn’t asking for confidential internal policies—I simply wanted to understand why my valid driver’s license was being rejected. What made the situation even more confusing was that after repeatedly telling me she couldn’t explain the issue and that the license could not be accepted, Dana suddenly authorized the additional driver anyway. If there truly was an issue with my identification, I don’t understand why it was ultimately approved without any explanation. That inconsistency left me confused and made the entire interaction feel unnecessary. Overall, Dana’s communication and demeanor left me feeling dismissed rather than assisted. As the manager on duty, I expected professionalism, transparency, and respectful customer service. A clear explanation and a more courteous approach would have made for a much better customer experience.

    I was at Sixt Car Rental at BWI and was treated horrible. "The Kurt" (his name badge), was dismissive, condescending, disrespectful, and not helpful. I was having trouble with my prepaid reservation and he refused to rectify the situation. They refused to relinquish the car to me. He refused to refund my reservation and rebook me another one. He said it would cost double the amount and when I said, go ahead and do it because I was desperate, he refused. I didn't yell, I didn't raise my voice, and I didn't swear. Yet, he kept telling me to calm down, when I was already calm. I felt like he was instigating me. I was unhappy, but anyone in my situation would've been. The manager Linda, was too busy to help me, and I was asked to leave the space andwait in the main lobby of the rental building . Another gentleman was having a massive issue with his reservation too and she was trying to resolve that, but I waited over 45 minutes and then left. I travel a ton and I would never suggest anyone use this company, especially at this airport. I felt like they were racist to be honest. The other patrons of their same race were treated with decency and I was treated horribly from the moment I stepped into their space. During all of this, I immediately called the Customer Service number, but I waited over 40 minutes. In that time when I was asked to leave the sixt space, I went next-door to Alamo and rented a car for the same original cost within five minutes. The sixt operator finally answered when I was leaving and in my Alamo car. He was kind and helpful, but I don't know that I would ever feel comfortable and safe renting from sixth again.

    I will absolutely never use this company again. I made a reservation through Expedia and prepaid, I live in Maryland and the airport location car rentals were the only locations still open. We drive 50 minutes to get there and be denied a car. I presented my debit card, they wouldn't take that for deposit, I have never had an issue using it as a credit card before at a car rental place. I came back after leaving and asked if I could use my credit card in my digital wallet and was also told no, because they wanted the actual card for the deposit. However, this was not in the email I was sent or actually said credit, debit, and digital wallets are accepted, be forewarned!

    This was my first experience with your company. I originally booked with dollar and when I got there, they Had two reps and one was sitting on the phone not taking anybody the other one got up and went to the restroom. They were 10+ people waiting. It was 8 o’clock at night. We were exhausted. I didn’t wanna wait so I saw your company before and I saw that there was only one person in line so I went over to see what your company charge for rentals into my surprise you guys were lower it than dollar for much better quality vehicles we had Jade or “The Jade” lol, And she was more than amazing. She made my experience so easy so helpful. I travel every single week and I’m using a car company every single week. I normally use Avis dollar or hertz typically but now that I have experienced what I have with your company mostly because of Jade, I will be using your company from here on out. You guys definitely have something special with her so I just wanted to say thank you and I look forward to renting from you guys more often thank you so much.
