  Had a great experience getting a rental at SIXT. I was dreading what vehicle I’d get and was surprised to see they have a beautiful fleet of luxury and popular brand vehicles which were very modern, tech savvy and very clean. The office at BWI is well appointed and the customer service was top notch. LaCretia was welcoming, accommodating and efficient. She also professionally represented the SIXT brand in both her demeanor and personal presentation. I’ll be back!

  Probably the best airport rental car experience I’ve had. Everyone I interacted with at SIXT was kind, professional, and attentive. They got me into my vehicle quickly with no issues. Can’t recommend them enough.

  I rented and prepaid for a BMW X3 or similar. When I arrived they asked if I had received an email stating they had limited availability for the luxury cars. Wanted to give me a Chevy Traverse for the same price. (what?). I explained that a Chevy traverse was no where near an X3. I asked if they were out of BMWs and he said yes. Another worker asked him to call and see if they had an X3 that had been reserved that I could get. Mind you I had already reserved one so I don't know what the problem was. After a brief call, he told me he got me an X3. When I went out to pick up my vehicle there were several luxury cars backed in and waiting to be driven off. These are the facts you can make your own assessment. They also push really hard for buying the insurance. I was getting the same type vibe I got when I went to The Dominican and rented a vehicle. Then he wanted to see my insurance card and told me that I did not have collision protection. I told him I had full coverage and after a brief staring contest, he said OK and wrote everything up. I will not rent from here again. My vacation started out like this and I don't want this experience again. Just give me what I asked for and paid for and let me leave.

  If you rent a vehicle from this company, be sure to take pictures of all damages prior to leaving their lot. Rented a car 4/20/26-4/25/26. Took a bunch of pictures 3 mins after counter check in of multiple scratches. 3 weeks later receive an email advising me mine owed in multiple damages in my photos. Even after proving proof. Still advising I owe $1500+. Also, all while dealing with the loss of my Father!! I will never rent from this company EVER AGAIN!!

  I decided to get a rental for a few hours since it would have cost less to rent a car instead of taking an uber to and from the dealership. I used Expedia to purchase my rental for a RAV4 or something similar. When I got the email from SIXT to check in and select my car, it only allowed the option to upgrade which I didn’t want to do, so once I arrived I checked in with Niyah. She was very friendly and I was upgraded to a BMW 228 at no additional cost. I went to the outside area to get the car and the lady who gives the car keys was also very friendly. It’s not a big lot so the car was easy to find. The car was clean and very well kept, so it was nice to drive around for a few hours. When I returned the car, I was greeted by Latifa who also had a great personality. Every single employee was friendly, smiled, and genuinely seemed like they like their jobs so it made my experience rate SIXT with 5 stars!
