  Do not use this company. About 15 minutes into the ride for my destination I noticed three warning lights. One for the airbag system one for the lights and one a general warning for the system. I called four times and only two options were offered to me neither were possible. One option was go back to the airport or go down town Washington DC and exchange the car. Both are way out of my way. The second option is a two-way tow understanding that I may have charges assessed if they don't find an issue with the car when they get it back. Nobody was willing to bring a car to me free of charge to assure my safety. Clearly they don't care about their customer safety and I'm driving a car that may or may not be safe.

  I booked my wife a standard vehicle and she received a prius when she picked up her vehicle. Mind you I have worked in the rental car industry for 8 years and half of that time with Sixt in LA and I have never seen a prius in the standard vehicle category. I told my wife speak to someone and let them know you were down graded to see what Sixt can do to fix the issue. She was told that the prius is considered a standard vehicle 😑.

  Excellent experience with SIXT! The customer service at the counter was outstanding. The representative listened carefully to what I was looking for, took note of my requests, and made me feel valued as a customer.The pickup process was smooth and easy, and the vehicle I received was exactly what I was expecting. Everything was handled professionally and efficiently from start to finish. After this experience, I will definitely use SIXT again and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for great service and a smooth rental experience.

  My experience with SIXT at BWI yesterday was great! Ms. LaCretia went above and beyond to make sure I was able to rent a car on short notice after landing. She even provided me with a complimentary upgrade and took her time to ensure the entire process went smoothly. LaCretia was very friendly, professional, and courteous throughout the experience. Her customer service was excellent, and I truly appreciate the effort she put into helping me. I would definitely do business with this SIXT location again!

  LaCretia provided excellent customer service during my check-in. She was friendly, professional, and made the entire process smooth and welcoming. She was very helpful and made sure I had everything I needed to get started. I truly appreciated her positive attitude and attention to detail. Thank you, LaCretia, for making my check-in experience such a pleasant one! Andrene was wonderful during my check-out experience. She was professional, courteous, and made the process quick and easy. I also really appreciated her making sure I received the car of my choice. She went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied, and her excellent customer service definitely made a difference. Thank you, Andrene, for such a great experience! Both ladies are a perfect representation of the Sixt’s brand and standards. I am happy to be a platinum member! 😊
