  I had an excellent customer service experience at Sixt Rental Car thanks to LaCretia. She was professional, friendly, patient, and extremely helpful throughout the entire process. She made everything easy and took the time to make sure all my questions were answered. It’s clear that she truly cares about providing great service and making customers feel valued. Employees like LaCretia make a big difference in the overall customer experience. Thank you for your outstanding service—I truly appreciate your help!

  I'd never heard of SIXT, but I had a really good experience. Everyone I dealt with was super nice. Most of the cars I saw in the lot were BMWs and Mercedes. I've traveled a lot over the years, and I always take pictures of the car before I leave the lot. When I returned the car, there was a 5-inch deep scratch on the hood that I hadn't noticed when I picked it up. When I returned it, it was pointed out to me and marked on the paperwork. But looking at the pictures, I was able to prove that it was there before I drove it off the lot.

  Ok let me start with the Gentleman at the front desk was very polite. My issue was I rented a Jeep for my son's 12th birthday trip at his request. Paid 160.00. We fly in from CA, go to check in and told they have no Jeep nor anything similar. He then offered us a BMW crossover at an additional 81.00 a day. My wife was confused and agreed to pay for it thinking that would take away the original 160 we spent and we would pay the difference. No. Not the case. We paid almost 400 for a car that wasnt even worth it. I understand not have the car we asked for or anything similar but the upgrade coast should have been waived all together. You charged us more cause you didn't have a what we wanted. That makes no sense. The BMW was uncomfortable and made a loud knocking noise when turning the wheels from reverse to drive. Super embarrassing!

  Do not rent at this location using there club for longer periods term rentals. I placed a reservation and when I found out my cost went from $719 for a BMW suv to $1560 because of the fees for that location and if I rented it at the DC Union station I would have paid half. When I asked to transfer my pick up to Union Station they woul not allow it. Then I asked to cancel my reservation and they hit my card for $200. Funny how there AD says no hidden fees. Please be careful with this company? You are better using Turo offsite and no hidden fees. This just happened to me this week. Fraud is what I call it!!!!

  My rental car experience with SIXT was exceptional!! The online check in process allowed me to skip the counter and go straight to the key booth. Taylor at the Keybooth was very friendly, professional and efficient. She directed me to my car and I was on my way in minutes!! Then on the rental car return, customer service agent The Emmanuel was also friendly, professional and efficient. He checked out the car and directed me to the shuttle for the airport departure. I plan to use SIXT as my preferred rental car company based on the staff and the online checkin process.
