  4 July I was stranded in BWI and could only get to CLT via RDU. I went to National Car Rental RDU from the terminal and met two of the MOST AMAZING gentlemen- DEVON and QUAN! Devon took great care of me and moved mountains to make sure aI could get to CLT and back to RDU for my flight the next day. Devon is kind very patient knowledgeable and caring. The facility is well run and uber efficient. The entire staff appears very friendly with customers and each other. Everyone worked seamlessly together to get the cars assigned and customers on their way. This National location is a BEST KEPT SECRET. I believe Devon’s way with people is a main reason the staff is cohesive helpful and happy. Devon didn’t hesitate to jump in and help wherever his staff needed his assistance to maintain a positive environment. Devon thank you!! I’ll NEVER FORGET what you did for me! Quan is a quiet friendly gentle soul who helped me to remain calm and assured with his quick wit friendly smile and BIG ❤️! Quan I KNOW WHAT YOU DID AS WELL and will be back to thank you in person!!! This is an amazing location with great service as their cornerstone! Beautiful cars and SUVs to choose. I rented a 2026 Honda Accord that sailed down the highway smoothly and quickly! Devon and his team made the end of my 4th of July pleasantly perfect.

  The people are always so nice. I always have a great selection to choose from. I’d like to shout out Ms. V at the BWI airport location for being absolutely fantastic upon returning my car.

  Vehicle pickup and dropoff were easy, and renting a tollpass was handy with all of the toll roads in Maryland, Delaware and Pennsylvania.

  National car rental at BWI was a very positive experience (despite the long and packed rental car bus)…. I was greeted with a smile, got to quickly select my car and off I went, quickly and efficiently. Then both ladies at dropoff were friendly and helpful, as I needed to split my bill. I love National, especially the perk of getting to choose my own car and the great people I encounter working for them at airports around the country!

  As an Elite member with National Car Rental, I’ve always appreciated the service, but this experience really stood out. When my family and I arrived at the parking garage, we were greeted by Mikey, who was friendly and welcoming from the start. We headed over to the Executive Row and picked out the largest vehicle we could find. Just as we were about to load up and leave, Mikey came over with an even larger vehicle and asked if we’d like that one instead. He recognized that we were traveling with a lot of luggage and car seats and wanted to make sure we had enough room to be comfortable. I really appreciated him looking out for us and going the extra mile without us even having to ask. Thanks to Mikey, our trip got off to a great start. Outstanding customer service and a great example of why I continue to choose National Car Rental.
