  The location at BWI is always seamless! Check in on your phone and pick the car that you want to drive. The longest part of the process is leaving the lot. Have your documentation ready and it will flow smoothly!

  We would recommend choosing a different car rental service at this location. We have been pretty loyal/had our expectations met in the past. We were stranded in rural Maryland after their vehicle had a mechanical issue. We waited an hour + for them to retrieve their property, while they did not care that we had too many passengers to travel in a replacement that was offered to us. We had to go through 5 representatives, empty promises of proactively calling us back-- and still only received a partial refund after our vacation was significantly impacted after paying a large amount to use the vehicle. They took care of themselves/their car. Not the customer.

  Enterprise has fallen off a cliff. The vehicle I picked up was dirty - sticky soda rings in the upholstery, chip crumbs in the console, fries in the backseat. The guy charged me for an EZ pass and said my tolls were covered. I just received a $6 toll charge from them AFTER spending $15 for the EZ Pass. The guy told me I was getting an upgrade to my Nissan Rogue. I thought, cool - luxury model or an EV upgrade. Nope. They upgraded me to a Wagoneer - an 8 seater tank for one guy. Absolutely atrocious. Slimy people behind the counter. It was worse than renting a car in CR, where they nickel and dime you to death. Go to one of their competitors. The reliable, no hidden tolls and fees days of Enterprise are over.

  Enterprise staff at BWI had an off day. The one and only staff in garage was rude and stressed. After online check in was told to go to counter. Counter staff very rude. When questioned, informed they had many sick calls. Not my problem. Did not have car category that was reserved.

  "I honestly didn't realize that Enterprise and Alamo were under the same company until now. I've been incredibly impressed by a staff member named Brian there. He is not only exceptionally kind but also handles every issue with such professionalism and precision. If everyone at the company provided service at the level that Brian does, I would choose to rent from Enterprise exclusively without hesitation." Brian made the this week schedule enjoyable. The location here is Bwi Airport Rentcar Center.
