  Overall fine experience. Had to wait a bit to pick up the vehicle but it was clean and worked great. No issues with the rental or return. I did, however, get a fine for a parking ticket which was deducted from my credit card. I appealed it with OC and they approved the appeal and credited me a refund. I’ve tried multiple times to get in touch with enterprise to get my refund, which I provided evidence from OC and no response or credit back to my credit card. Very frustrating and just keeping my money.

  I had to come in town last minute. I made a last minute reservation with enterprise in DC. I got there and they didn’t have a car and stated they couldn’t help me. It was such a poor customer service that I was on verge of no longer doing business with Enterprise. I traveled all the way to BWI without a rental and made a last minute reservation there. Mike helped me. He was very professional and turned my bad travel experience around. Thank you so much for the help!

  Initially I attempted to rent a pickup at BWI. I was told none were available. So, I reserved an SUV. My flight to BWI was cancelled, so I rerouted to DCA, arriving about 4 AM on the 9/12. Prior to departing ATL on the DCA flight, I went to the Enterprise website to see if I could change the reservation. While there, I saw that pickups were available and I changed the reservation from an SUV to a pickup. Then when I learned my BWI flight was cancelled, I went to the website to see if I could change the reservation to pick up the vehicle on the 12th instead of the 11th. I didn't find a way to do that, so I called the Enterprise Customer Service representative to tell them my situation. The representative was very helpful and told me my reservation was still good and I could pick up the vehicle any time prior to 11:30 PM on the 12th. I went to the BWI airport about noon on the 12, walked past the kiosk into the garage. The attendant there saw my name on his iPad, asked me which kind of pickup I wanted. There were 7 or 8 available. I chose the Dodge Ram 4WD. It was excellent. The only exception was that there were food wrappers, empty drink cans and breakfast sandwich parts left in the center console. I cleaned those out. The truck functioned exactly as it was designed and supported what I needed to do. Return was quick, courteous and went without a hitch.

  (Ryan deserves a raise! Putting that in the beginning so it doesn’t get missed) 9/17/26 My husband and I made the mistake of bringing our rental car to the rental return center instead of unloading it at the airport first. We’re moving to Germany and have a lot of luggage, so this created a bit of a hiccup. The staff explained that since the vehicle had already been checked in we wouldn’t be able to leave with it but we could have an employee drive us there. Ryan was that employee, and he was incredibly kind and professional. He handled our screaming baby with such grace and even helped me unload our bags while my husband grabbed a luggage cart. We are incredibly grateful for Ryan’s kindness, as well as the help from the other Enterprise staff. This move has been incredibly stressful, and they went above and beyond to make a difficult moment so much easier.

  Really really frustrated and disappointed with this company and their affiliate companies. Called 5 months ago, reserved my vehicle almost half a year ago because I wanted no trouble. So, flew over 1000 miles, land and low and behold they lied and gave wrong information. They do not accept cash (should be illegal) wont accept cashapp, and cant take a card over the phone. So they only take a bank given debit card. I wasnt told this 6 months ago or two days ago when i called again. This company is worthless and very unhelpful. If somebody calls and asks what forms of payment you take, make sure you tell the truth cause 1400 miles on a plane and I come to this. Not airport problems. Enterprise problems. I will never use Enterprise again and strongly recommend everybody stay away from them. Missed my reservation and spent 4 hours waiting for a friend because their "policy" and service is atrocious. Im better off walking then dealing with this. Wish I could fine them or report this but hopefully this review will help somebody dealing with these liars.
