  Asked a rep where the precision rifles are. Told me I had to ask the other people up front. I asked them and was told that they were the second group from the last section on the right. Stood there for at least 10 minutes and had several service desk employees pass me when I was first in line offering no assistance. I was going to buy from that store but not anymore.

  Spent $80,000 on a boat that doesn’t work. They won’t drive 40 minutes North to look at it. Unless I spend Thousand$ to bring it to them, I’m screwed. You have a lot of choices, shop around - do not buy a Regency - and do not buy from them.
