  Extremely smooth experience after being let down by an alternative rental car company. Called their number and was able to place a same day reservation for the vehicle we needed. Phone rep was extremely friendly and efficient. After receiving the reservation number I showed up at the desk and after a super fast check in and a few questions they led us to the garage. Showed us the exact vehicle we needed and we were good to go. Return process was also super quick. Pull the vehicle up, they scan it, leave the cars in the vehicle and you're good to go. Most seamless and simple car rental experience I've had. Not to mention actually having the requested vehicle.

  Arrived at the scheduled time for my rental. Branch was closed with no staff present, and a sign directing customers to the nearby Enterpeise desk. They desk was wildly understaffed with a line across the building. Phone calls went unanswered except by robots. Do not recommend due to absurdly poor and slow service.

  Checkout was easy. Everything was done online. All I had to do was present my receipt and the vehicle was ready. Return was easy too. Inspection was done on the spot and I was notified there were no issues with the return. This allowed peace of mind as I didn’t have to wonder if there would be any additional charges. The requirements seemed pretty straight forward. The vehicle was also clean. My experience was simple and effortless.
