  Trust me, think twice before using their service. This was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had with a rental company. They’re giving me a hard time about refunding my money, and when I went to pick up my car, they told me it wasn’t ready. When I asked when it would be available, their response was basically, “We don’t know.” What’s the point of making a reservation in advance if you show up at the scheduled time and they can’t even provide the car you booked or tell you when one will be available? I planned everything ahead of time and still ended up dealing with this mess. Extremely disappointing and unprofessional service very rude people!
