Denny is an exceptional service advisor! He always lets me know what I need on my S60 and never makes me feel pressured at all. I trust him and wouldn’t take my car elsewhere! ❤️ thank you!

Regarding service and receptionist: (3 stars because I don’t think it warrants 1, but definitely not a 5- just purely out of compassion for other people) Blew a tire on interstate in my Volvo. Was on a 7 hour trip. Was able to put the spare on. Could not find anyone with pirelli tires (what the Volvo came with) for way too many miles for a spare. Called the dealership for some advice. The receptionist was not helpful. Sounded annoyed. Transferred me to Toyota. Wrong place. Made it to service. Got the answering machine… twice. Gave up. When I buy a Volvo, I expect better. Maybe it’s a regional thing? I’m from an overly helpful area - including my dealership. Maybe I expected too much. Even a “We don’t know, but try the Volvo roadside number” would’ve been nice. Honestly, I was about 70% ready to trade my car in at that moment and walk out with a new car (not an exaggeration). I’ve been online shopping for one. I figured this was God telling me now is the time. Moral of the story: if you are having issues and worried, these are not the people to call. NTB was the only shop that had my Pirellis. I got lucky- they had two in stock- and they were extremely helpful and kind. And got me on my way safely to Baltimore. I didn’t need to be rolling into the Inner Harbor at night on a spare that I’d been traveling on for 4-5 hours. I can’t tell you how grateful I am for NTB’s service and attitude.

I've known Chad in the parts department for years and have delivered him parts from AutoZone. All the employees there are great.

Looking for a good pre-owned vehicle, this is the place.
