  These people were the high bidder on an auction site to buy my vehicle. At no point did I misrepresent what I was selling. I sent them lots of pictures for them to see the vehicle. I figured they would beat me down a little on their offer due to scratches etc. I drove 45 minutes to their location for them to see the van. Their offer in the end was 31% less than their bid. Their only reason they gave me was they have alot of these vans and they weren't selling and that customers don't like the red ones. If your time has any value then don't waste your time here. They had all the facts before even giving me an offer and still chose to waste my time. Very unprofessional and untrustworthy.

  My experience was nearly a year ago(8/4/2025), but I have learned information recently that sheehy was at fault. While completing TSB 38G3 TCM update, sheehy did not follow procedure to pull a fuse to prevent permanently damaging the battery. This caused my vehicle to die after returning home, and although they did replace my battery for free(with a 2023 date code one? so maybe they lied about that), I lost an entire afternoon to them "looking around" for something that was literally in the TSB they were performing. And before they claim it wasn't in the TSB yet, the update w/ the fuse pull instruction was on 03/28/2025, nearly 5 months before I came in.

  Interesting how a small oil leak would require a $3,100.00 repair. Received a text after picking up my 2022 Atlas with 65,000 miles that they are interested in purchasing it back! I'm totally thinking they have a scam going on with charging astronomical fees for a repair so that you'll trade your vehicle. On the trip home, my oil started to really leak so I had to add more oil. Apparently, while they had the vehicle, it added more damage to the leak. Still charged me over $200 for just looking at the leak. Taking it to another shop for repair at at a much cheaper cost.

  Horrible shop, service advisors are good and professional but the service is atrocious, had my oil changed and car returned to me, stopped at the store on the way home and noticed a pool of oil under the car and had to go back. Who does an oil change and doesn't check for leaks? Amateurs, that's who, not technicians. Also had a major repair $3K plus, and just outside of warranty started having issues, another mark of a bad shop, no interest in working with me to rectify the problem. If I could give them a quarter star I would have. Bad move by Sheehy in acquiring this business, not likely to make anyone any money.
