  As always SHEEHY Volkswagen took care of my vehicle as if were their own. Safety for the driver is one of their main concerns.

  Jacob was awesome, fell in to luck that he enjoys out of state deals, did everything over the phone and if there card terminal wasn’t malfunctioning i would’ve been out in less than 2 hours!

  Devante from Sheehy Subaru was excellent in taking care of me today! I had a tricky situation and him and the Sheehy team helped get me into a new 2026 VW Tiguan. Also, a shout out to Sam in the Collison Center. Great communication and customer assistance from the Sheehy team! Thanks again.

  Had my 20k service done as well as trying to get an issue with my infotainment system updated to fix some bugs I've been having. The team there were top notch! Really helpful and kept me apprised on the status of my service. Service went a bit long due to the nature of it, but they made it right with a discount without being asked. Shows they care about their customers and their time!

  Sales was great! Service department is the worst I’ve ever dealt with. Horrible customer service from the time you enter the door. Mark, the manager ( I believe ) acts like he couldn’t care less. We bought our atlas two months ago and after a month it was already having issues. Took it in to have them look at it and they agreed there was an issue. We had to wait two weeks to schedule an appointment, when I arrived for my appointment, Mark lied to us and said that our loaner car was “broken”. I took off work so I could drop my car off and pick up a loaner car. We have in writing from the service manager, Mike, that it was not broken and that he lied to us because they forgot about our loaner car. Although, Mike was apologetic, it doesn’t make up for the inconvenience this has caused. When we finally got our loaner car, on Thursday evening , they never bothered to look at my car until Monday the following week. So my car sat there all day Friday ( when I had an appointment ) and over the weekend for them to finally look at it Monday. Then we had to contact them Monday and Tuesday for updates. When I spoke with Mark today ( after my car has been at the service department for a week ) he lied, again, and said that they spoke with my husband yesterday to update him. Not true! My husband had to contact them and we took Wednesday off to see if they would contact us, which never happened. Clearly they are lacking communication skills. He couldn’t give me a rough estimate of how long this whole process takes to wait on a claim from VW. It was like I was dealing with an incompetent person who did not receive the proper training for how to handle these types of situations. Absolutely no customer service skills. I’m convinced they just hire anyone off the streets now. If VW really cares they need to do better than this. Im ready to trade in my brand new car and buy a Honda again. Way better service from Honda!!
