  This is my first time ever dealing with damage to a vehicle and I chose Sheehy collision because I bought my VW from Sheehy and have also serviced it with the dealership— all experiences have been great. My experience with the collision center could not have gone better. Josh was patient with me— walking me thru the process and how it all works with insurance. He was accessible and great at communication. I appreciated all his help and very happy with the work done by the team at the collision center.

  Anthony, Mike, and Emma are always wonderful, welcoming, personable, and pleasant. The team has consistently done an excellent job taking care of all my Subaru needs and thoroughly answering any questions I have. I truly appreciate their kindness and customer service. High-five guys 🙋🏽‍♀️

  After I received a local (Shippensburg, PA) estimate, I drove 45 minutes for a second estimate for a small bumper accident. I met with Sam Ulsch and he listened to my requests for the repair. He describe what was needed for the repair and offered a suggestion for a small black mark. Sam was fantastic to work with; he kept me up-to-date on the timeline, and his friendly approach helped put my anxiety to in check. Plus, the Sheehy estimate was 1k dollars less than my PA shop. So, I decided to make the drive again and have Sheehy work on the repairs. I explained that a college student who bumped my Volvo in the school parking lot would be paying for the repairs. Sam worked with the student to arrange for payment and provided me with a loaner car while my car was in the shop. I absolutely needed that loaner car and the rental cost was like a gift. When I picked up my car, I not only noticed the seamless repairs, but Sam pointed out all the details, including having my car washed and the inside cleaned! It felt like I was getting a new car. I drove away from the shop waving- only to be stuck on RT 70 when I realized that I had forgotten items in the loaner trunk. When I returned to pick up my bags, the office staff, just as friendly and helpful as Sam, shared with me that Sam had provided the loaner to another family waiting for repairs, and he had to sprint after them as they drove away so he could get my bags! Now, that’s service above and beyond! Thank you! I’ll definitely recommend Sheehy!

  Made appointment over phone, I have VIP, came for 12000 checkup, also wanted cleaning and detail, arrived at appointment 7:45 am got here guy says for tailing I'd have to wait til almost 2:00 for it to be finished. #1 I should have been told this when I made appointment they knew I would be waiting in lounge, #2 they only washed it due to this no vacuuming or other detailing done. I am very upset by this and now need to make another appointment for this and probably pay for it since it's a yearly thing. SO NOW HE COMES OUT IT'S 9AM AND HANDS ME RECEIPT FOR WASH AND CHECKUP I ASK HIM ABOUT MAKING APPOINTMENT FOR VACUMN AND DETAIL, I AM IN MY CAR HERE, HE SAYS THE DETAIL CREW DOESN'T GET IN TIL 9AM, I GO WELL THEN WHY CAN'T I GET VACUUMNING AT LEAST NOW THEN IT 9:10AM, HE GOES I CAN DO THAT BUT BUT NO DETAILING.AND GIVE YOU A LOANER, I LIVE 45MINS AWAY BY THE TIME I GET HOME I HAVE TO TURN AROUND AND COME BACK FOR DETAILING. I SHOULD HAVE BEEN TOLD ALL THIS BEFOREHAND WASN'T EVEN TOLD ABOUT LOANER BY APPOINTMENT MAKER.

  I was able to easily schedule a service appointment online for my Subaru Forester. The date and time I wanted was available which was within 3 days. Night drop made it easy to start the process by leaving my SUV at their dealer lot the night before. The next day, the service department advisor contacted me to discuss the service details and confirm the tasks were needed. The following day the service was started. The technician performed a recorded video safety inspection of various areas to ensure no additional work was needed. He texted the video to me for review. Everything was fine so the work was done. They emailed the invoice with payment options. They contacted me to let me know my vehicle was ready for pickup. I went to the dealership, paid my invoice, and drove away. One more item easily removed from my To-Do List. I've had this vehicle for 11 years and used Sheehy (formerly Sharrett) for most of my maintenance here, always receiving the same excellent customer service. I always enjoy an opportunity to say Hi to the friends I've made there over the years. I recommend their services.
