Very very very disappointed. Got a car for still In my mind. Very high price considering the condition of the car. I asked for the car to be detailed and did not look detailed at all. They said they would give two years of registration when I only got one. A lot of over promising. However the biggest thing that has me so disappointed with this abysmal management is the fact they forgot to put the month registration sticker on the license plate. That can get you pulled over. Extremely over priced and will scam you every second they can. Don’t got to any sheehy ever.

These people were the high bidder on an auction site to buy my vehicle. At no point did I misrepresent what I was selling. I sent them lots of pictures for them to see the vehicle. I figured that they would beat me down a little on their offer for scratches etc. I drove 45 minutes to their location so that they could see it. Their offer in the end was 31% less than their bid. Their only reason given was that they had lots of them and they weren't really selling and that customers don't like the red ones. If your time has any value don't waste it going there. Edit.. Sorry wrong dealership. My complaint is about your neighbors at sheehy vw of Hagerstown.

I cannot say enough good things about Mike, my service advisor, and Emma, the service manager at Sheehy Subaru of Hagerstown.
They took incredible care of me and my WRX during an extremely stressful situation. I was dealing with serious problems after purchasing the vehicle from Tysons Motorcars, and Mike and Emma worked with me every step of the way while I was trying to sort everything out with the selling dealership.
Mike was patient, knowledgeable, honest, and kept me informed about what was happening with the car. He actually listened to my concerns and treated me with respect instead of making me feel like just another repair ticket.
Emma went above and beyond as the service manager. She worked with me through the entire situation, helped however she could, and made sure I was being taken care of even though the problems with the vehicle were caused by circumstances completely outside of Sheehy Subaru.
They even put me in a beautiful white Crosstrek Wilderness while my vehicle was being handled, which was an incredible touch. My family and I loved it so much that we will absolutely be looking at purchasing a Crosstrek Wilderness in the future — just in green next time. 😄
When I felt like I had been completely screwed over by the dealership that sold me the car, Mike and Emma were the people who actually helped me. They showed genuine concern, professionalism, patience, and compassion during a situation that had become incredibly frustrating.
I have genuinely never received this level of care from a service department before. They made a stressful experience feel manageable and made sure I felt supported the entire way through.
This is exactly how a service department should treat its customers. I would absolutely trust them with my Subaru again and would recommend Sheehy Subaru of Hagerstown specifically because of the way Mike and Emma treated me.
Five stars without hesitation. They earned every one of them. I’d give ten if i could!

Exceptional car-buying experience from start to finish! The entire process was smooth, transparent, and stress-free. Everyone was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely focused on making sure I was comfortable and happy with my purchase. No pressure from the sales person Richard Densu, no games, and no surprises—just excellent customer service. GM Max Crocetta took care of all the background stuff, working the numbers for us and getting us the best deal. I would absolutely recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a great vehicle and an even better buying experience! Ask for Richard Densu or Max, they’ll take care of you.

Almost 10 minutes after driving the Lemon they sold me, I was almost in a fatal accident and then later on treated like a second class citizen with lame excuses from the salesman and General Manager.
So, let's begin....This is about the Subaru Sheehy location, so I dont know how the other lots treat their customers. Anyways, I went in for a used car and after being there already for 5 hours due to the place maybe being busy and issues with the salesman getting the car I bought from the other lot and just waiting for the business manager and whatever, it was a long time. I felt I got a good deal considering my credit and not having a lot to put down, I was satisfied. Did a test run, the salesman filled up the tank, everything was good until ten minutes later, feeling happy, driving my new car on 70 west, and then out the blue, the car went straight to hot. The temperature guage was on H completely. There were no shoulders to pull over on, I had to drive this car completely hot, not knowing if the engine would blow and cause a bad accident and I couldn't just suddenly stop or slow down with cars speeding 70 mph or more. Finally, after half a mile I parked in the triangle lines separating the exit and highway. The engine was smoking like crazy outside and inside the car. I called Sheehy Subura and the salesman told me to call the tow company that was part of my warranty. Guess what? I guess because I was new I wasn't in the tow company system. So I called Sheehy back and told them to put me on hold, get me the manager, come pick me up and I will need a loaner. And they did, which was the least they could do.
That was on a Friday, on Monday the General Manager said the mechanics would look at it on Monday and call me at noon on Monday. 1pm Monday no call from the GM. So I called a number of times and finally talked to him. He said my warranty didnt cover the repairs. I was fine by that, I'm sure the engine blew with me driving it hot half a mile since I couldn't pull over. The GM told me a number of times he takes care of his customers and will take care of me. So when I said I would like a car in the same price range and since the salesman pulled up 12 cars on my initial visit, that could the GM pull up at least 4 cars to look at. The GM said he could. Did he? No. I get to the lot, he only has one car that was 3000 dollars more than the Lemon he sold me first. My salesman from Friday then asked for more money down and said my monthly payment will be more. They would not let me see anymore cars stating its the bank fault and the only reason I qualified for the Lemon was because the price dropped from 8000.00 to 7000.00. Um. But the bank is now only approving this 10,000.00 Suv that I didnt want. I dont drive large vehicles. They wouldn't work with me and I feel the GM was just trying to sell me a higher priced car to make up the loss from the Lemon that almost caused me to be in a fatal accident. So I just got a refund and didn't feel like I was treated fairly by the GM especially after what I already been through. Granted, I wasn't buying a brand new car, so why should they really care about me. They didnt, but I'm still a customer and a person you had sold a death trap to.
Anyways, I didnt get injured and my kids, thankfully weren't in the Lemon when it went hot or I would've got a lawyer to cover medical expenses or worse.
I give this place a 1 instead of a 2, because though the initial deal was great, Sheehy Subaru sold me a Lemon, the Lemon almost caused a fatal accident or at least serious injury to me and other drivers. Also, I felt I was treated like a nobody by the Subura GM. Be careful with this place or just avoid.
