  I enjoyed everything about the new car leasing process with Sheehy. Sophia Bongiorno was found just the right balance between reaching out and giving space while I was considering which dealership and vehicle I wanted to pursue. She was patient and accurate when answering my questions, and nothing felt rushed or pushy. It's one of the first times I felt a sales consultant was serving my needs rather than the dealership's needs, which was refreshing. The finance person, I believe his name is Lester, was likewise helpful and informative without being pushy. I wholeheartedly recommend this team if you're in the market for a new vehicle.

  The service staff at the Mazda location are exceptional. It starts with Brandon and ends with him and there couldn't be a better face of the company. He is extremely helpful and takes pride in what he does. It shows.

  We had an excellent experience with Sheehy Mazda, especially thanks to our service advisor, Leslie Jay, and technician Douglas. After dealing with a persistent vibration/noise issue that had been difficult to diagnose elsewhere, Douglas took the time to thoroughly investigate it and traced the issue to the airbox vibrating while taking in air. What impressed us most was how transparent the entire process was. Douglas actually brought us back to the mechanic’s bay, showed us the exact source of the vibration, explained what was happening, and showed us where he added damping material to help correct it. The difference was significant, and the vibration has been reduced by about 75%. Leslie was also fantastic throughout the entire process. She kept us informed, made sure we understood what was going on, and made the experience easy from start to finish. They even filled up our gas tank after putting additional miles on the vehicle during testing, which was a really thoughtful touch. After such a long process trying to figure this issue out, it was refreshing to work with a team that genuinely listened, investigated the problem, and took the time to show us exactly what they found. We’re very happy with the outcome and truly appreciate Douglas and Leslie going above and beyond. We would absolutely recommend Sheehy Mazda.

  Sophia Bongiorno was fantastic to work with in communicating before we arrived about the car we were interested in as well as during the buying process. She was attentive and thorough and we would certainly recommend her to sell you your next car!
