    Went here after seeing a truck with a deal that I definitely thought was too good to be true. I met with Wanda who was great and gave me an even better deal than what was advertised. Lester helped wrap up the finance side and took care of me. I’m not going to be in the market again soon but when I am, I will definitely be back. Thank you!

    While on a roadtrip with my son, my car broke down. I had it towed to Sheehy GMC as they were the best rated dealership within a fifty mile radius of where we were. They deserve their great reputation!!! We left the car there after hours and before 8 the next morning, Ben was already on the phone making a plan with us. They fixed the car that day and since I couldn't get back until later that night (I'd rented a car to get my son where he needed to be 300 miles away), Ben made arrangements for it to be left in a secure location for me to pick it up, even offering to facilitate the rental car return the next morning so I could continue my trip home. And to make the experience absolutely incredible, that night I came back to a spotless vehicle! Thanks to Ben and his he whole Sheehy team for your kindness, prompt service and responsiveness!

    I always wait until I have time to actually check the vehicle over at home before I leave a review. While the service here is always great and they deal well with insurance they can never seem to get all the bolts back in the way they took them out. Splash shields and skid protectors missing bolts. Similar experience at the Mazda service center doing something as simple as changing the belts. Laziness. That is the only way I can explain it.

    I am writing to express my disappointment with the service experience I received during my recent visit. I have been a loyal Sheehy customer for over 10 years, consistently bringing all of my vehicles to your dealership for service—even though it requires me to drive past other options, such as Ideal GMC, to reach you. While I have no complaints about the quality of the technical work performed, I was shocked that a standard oil change and tire rotation totaled $180. When I raised concerns about the price, the service representative made little effort to assist me. Instead of checking for available discounts or promotions on his computer, he suggested I search for them myself on my phone and simply asked if I had a coupon. What particularly frustrated me was that he appeared aware of discounts on the dealership's website but did not mention them proactively. When I brought the website discounts to his attention, he then asked me to point out where they were located, as if he were unfamiliar with them. Over my decade of loyalty and the extra effort I make to choose Sheehy, I felt this level of customer service was lacking. I truly value the skill of your technicians, but I can no longer justify the combination of high costs and unhelpful service when more transparent options may be available elsewhere. I hope you will review this experience and consider ways to better support long-term customers, such as proactively applying available discounts and training staff to prioritize transparency on pricing.     Thought we had a great experience. Bought a van from there. Test drove it, wife loved it. Could smell a little burning smell afterwards. Salesman says just changed the oil, probably a little residue we’re smelling. Made sense. Brew weeks later brought it back, for that issue. They put dye in, tell us to comeback in few weeks and they’ll run a black light to find the issue. Take it back today, they find the issue. Guess what…..not covered. Not covered under the extended warranty, not covered under the 30 days warranty because it wouldn’t fail Maryland inspection. Yet we mentioned it, you sold it to us with a problem and have no issue asking for $1300.00 to fix the problem. This is why car dealerships get bad reputations. Poor service
