  Excellent buying experience, low pressure sales, super friendly staff from sales, to trade, to finance. First time we have purchased new from this dealership, but I've been with service a long time and they were the real reason I didn't hesitate with my purchase! Thank you for everything.

  When I dropped off my truck I was told 3 to 3.3 hours to complete service. Dropped off truck at 0900. Had to ask a friend to pick me up during service. Killed some time with breakfast and looking at vehicles at other dealerships. Showed back up at 1200 to ask for status update. I was then told 1400. No sooner than I got home got a call truck was done. BLUF, no organization or communication within the service department and the techs. When I showed up was just given paperwork. No explanation of what I thought that was 1 recall but turned out to be 3. Disappointed in the service.

  Over the years, my wife and I have purchased a fair number of vehicles. The Team at Sheehy GMC, particularly Steve, Wendy and Justin, facilitated one of the best experiences we have had navigating the purchase of a vehicle. Their understanding, in connection with their ability to communicate make all three of them assets to Sheehy GMC. They should be recognized for their actions.

  Beware!! Beware!!!! They tried to charge me twice on sales tax!!! You only pay 6.5 percent in Md and on difference not on whole value of loan. They tried to charge me 3300 when I was only supposed to Pay 1200.00. So I caught it and gave up on deal. They told me it was a mistake!! So again they advertised a great number on a new truck.So again I contacted sales and got numbers on a new truck. And wouldn’t you know they did it again!! Overcharged me on sales tax. After I said something they fixed their so called mistake again !!! I have since submitted a claim to the MVA dealer consumer division!! Please check numbers !! Use chat gpt it will explain everything to you!

  I set up an appointment with Lezlie to test drive a particular car after doing online research. She texted as well as called to confirm the appointment. Upon arriving with cash in hand, she told me the car was not even there but was already pushing another more expensive vehicle on me within 30 seconds of being in the building. First of all if you called and text to confirm the appointment, it would have been the polite and decent thing to be honest at that time, we could've rescheduled the appointment. And secondly, the unprofessional saleswoman Lezlie that could not just be honest from the jump is writing 5 star reviews on Google with pictures of herself as a buyer 3 weeks ago..? Seems false, fake and fraudulent to me. Wouldn't buy that car or any others from this place. The current business practices need reviewed and addressed to say the least.
