They checked me in and told me to wait a little while. Well, I’ve been waiting since 9:00 AM, and no one has called me yet. I had to go back to their office in person. Once again, they told me to wait another hour and a half. All I needed was a simple DOT inspection—yet here I am, having to wait four hours just to get it done. This demonstrates the absolute worst regard for customers on Pilot's part, along with a complete lack of accountability regarding their work.
- VSVolvo S60May 25, 20261.0The towels in showers 3 and 4 were smelly and wet after other visitors. The shower was covered in mold. Dear staff, please keep an eye on this. We drivers don't ask for much, but we do want a little comfort on the road.
