Coming back from a vacation. Stopped at the pilot. Got some gasoline went inside. Had some good food. Easy to order and pick up. Not too busy. Could use a bigger or more restroom for the facility.

At 7am, the men's restroom is disgustingly filthy, no coffee was available and the machines th3 grind the supposed fresh coffee was filthy with backsplash from coffee being poured and the counters where you prep your coffee were full of dried coffee spillage and sugar all over the counters. I can understand if they were shorthanded but the fact that the workers were just standing around doing nothing tells another story. Then they over charge everything and have the nerve to charge truckers to park when they can't even provide a clean area. This is a trend happening at a lot of pilots nowadays. Quality has gone way down. So disappointing.

They have no problem taking your money for a parking reservation but when you get there and the lot is full they give ZERO EFF’s about trying to find out who is parking illegally or not. They give the BS excuse about not being able to go out when there’s several pilots that do go out and find out who’s parking illegally. You call corporate and they tell you that every store is responsible for providing security to ensure that paid parking customers be able to get the parking they paid for and prevent people from parking that haven’t paid. I would avoid this pilot for parking reservations at ALL COST. Drivers are regulated by DOT hours and regulations so imagine you pay for reserve parking and you do everything you’re supposed to even paying for the parking only for the establishment to not fulfill their obligations. I wonder if DOT will care about you running out of hours because the paid parking spot you reserved was taken and the establishment had zero care or concern ro figure out who’s parking illegally. If they want to have that policy they should be forbidden to take parking reservations online or through the phone. And the employees attitude sucked. Worse pilot ever. I’ve had better service in Iraq and Afghanistan from service stations that from here. Will be notifying corporate because this experience is truly unacceptable. I was at a pilot last Saturday. Same thing happened. The pilot employee in buda Texas went out there with that roster. Found out who was there that’s supposed to be there and who was there that wasn’t and she notified their companies and within 10 minutes 4 drivers who was parked that didn’t pay got of those reserved spots and myself and two other drivers who paid was able to park. So if she can do it why can’t this establishment?

While the cashier was very friendly. We pay $20.00 just to use a shower which is ridiculous amount of money after we spend thousands of dollars every week at these truck stops then have to pay up to $25.00 just to park . One would think the shower would at least be clean. Well not at this location. Had hair on the tolit seat hair in the shower floor trash all in the floor can go on and post pics of the mess . Overall it's terrible to think we are the reason these guys are getting a paycheck every week and this is the respect we get in return.
