  Had an issue with my tire, this one worker Eli i think was his name, helped me fix my issue and just needed new brake pads. Excellent customer service

  Stay away from this shop! Had my Jeep Cherokee in for four new tires in December 2025. My rear tire tires were wearing on the inside and the camber was off. I was told the alignment was done and the camber was corrected but a week later I had to have the vehicle towed because the camber bolts slipped ultimately because the tech (told to me by the manager in front of the tech) did not tighten to specs. Seven months later I was back in with the two new rear tires worn on the inside tread yet again. The store tried to upsell me shocks as part of a corrective action, which were recommended due to mileage, but not necessary. They couldn’t repair the camber bolts and the bushings that were needed so I had to take it to an entirely different shop. Good thing I did because I got the service I needed. Brand new alignment done with the new shop. Everything was good to go with the exception of two rear tires which NTB agreed to replace at a discounted cost. When I arrived back at NTB to have the tires installed, I mentioned only doing an inspection for the alignment and not to do it if it wasn’t necessary. Low and behold upon paying my bill, they told me that my alignment was off and I had to pay, mind you I just had my car in a different shop less than 24 hours prior to this, and the alignment was spot on. Needless to say, I was not happy because I knew NTB was not being honest with me. I confirmed that by taking NTB’s alignment report to my new shop and was told NTB was in fact not being honest because there was not way my alignment could be that far off. I voiced my frustration with the NTB shop to include the breakdown in communication, not only with me, but every customer that walked in after me. The communication between the front desk the techs in the back to include the the manager is completely broken down. Needless to say, I will never ever return to that store for service and I would not recommend the shop to anyone.

  I visited this location a while ago and they are friendly, professional and trustworthy. These are hard to find in the automotive repair industry today. I’d trust this location to my wife and kids.

  I was a walk in flat tire customer. The guys were quick and very helpful in getting me on my way in no time flat (ha ha). No need to purchase a new tire, but if I need to, I will be back. :)

  Called corporate to confirm they had my tires in stock, took off work off and drove to the Hagerstown location to get 4 tires installed via a 2pm appointment . I dropped off my truck, came back three hours later and they hadn’t touched my truck. They assured me they’d get to it soon, only to come out at almost 5 PM to tell me they don’t have my tires. Keep in mind I drove to Hagerstown just for this, waisting the day off I took to get this done on my company truck. Ridiculously unprofessional. I called corporate again to complain and they assured me His supervisor would be calling me. They never called so I called again today and they had no record of me even being in their system this time. Again, they assured me a supervisor would call me shortly, still no call though. Zero stars
