  I was disappointed. I had an appointment at 12n. I left at 6:45pm. Couldn’t find my tires that I ordered the week before with the store. I learned more about mechanics being fired and other garage problems. I never even received an apology just excuses as to the delay. I did request a price break for my time that was wasted. There were other issues that require more documentation- it’s not going to matter. Thank you- Greg Staind

  I like the Store, and have purchased my last 4 or 5 complete sets of tires here. But I have to knock 2 Stars off because they decided to use a Call Center for Incoming Call, Appointments, etc... It's difficult to talk to the Store. The Call Center seems useless...

  Business open at 730am. My appt was at 9am. I walked in and there were 2 ppl still waiting. No mechanics were there. 1 came in 10ish and 2nd mechanic showed up at 1030 but ate his breakfast first then started working around 11am. I left there around 1230. Got a call from mr tire when i eas almost home. Only to run way back in town to return a vap to the mechanic that dropped it in my car. Wow it was definitely an experience I never want to gave again. I will not return.

He took the time to explain everything, made the process quick and stress-free, and provided exceptional customer service from start to finish. It’s refreshing to find a business that values its customers and takes pride in delivering quality service. Based on this experience, I highly recommend Mr. Tire, and I’ll definitely be returning for all of my future tire and automotive service needs.
