  Got a tire replaced at the Dunkirk store this morning, and it blew out on the way to Hagerstown. (Apparently it was defective because none of us saw any damage!) Randy and Josh at the Dual Highway location were amazing! They took care of us right away and even comped the insurance on the replacement. The lobby was nice and clean with a comfortable waiting area. Hopefully we won't ever have to do this again, but if we do at least we know it will be a good experience in a bad situation! Thanks again guys!!

  Ron and Randy helped us greatly with an oil change, filter change, and tire repair. With a repair as well for our hard plastic undercarriage cover. Very friendly people who seem fast and well experienced.

  I do not recommend this location. I came in for a wheel alignment and was told that because one tire was worn on the inside, they could not align the vehicle unless I replaced the tire first. I told them to perform the alignment first, verify that everything could be properly aligned, and then I would replace the tire. They successfully completed the alignment. Afterward, when I was ready to purchase the tire, they discovered they didn’t even have it in stock. So if replacing the tire was supposedly required before the vehicle could be aligned, how were they able to successfully align it without replacing it? That experience made me feel like I was being pressured into purchasing something by being told it was mandatory when, in practice, it wasn’t necessary to complete the alignment. Then there was the bill. The alignment was $134.99, but they added a $13.49 Shop Supply Fee, plus tax, bringing my total to $149.29. When I went back and questioned the fee, I was told it covered supplies such as chemicals used to clean their tools. Charging almost 10% extra on an alignment for “shop supplies,” with that explanation, seems excessive to me, especially when the fee was not clearly explained upfront. This is exactly why I cannot recommend this shop. Most customers are not mechanics. We depend on the shop to give us accurate, transparent information about what is actually required. When a customer doesn’t have extensive mechanical knowledge, it is very difficult to challenge a professional who tells you that you “must” purchase something before they can perform the service. That creates an opportunity for customers to feel pressured into unnecessary or excessive expenses. I have no problem paying for something my vehicle genuinely needs. I have a problem with being pressured into additional purchases and finding poorly explained fees afterward. Based on my experience, I would take my vehicle somewhere else.

  Not the smoothest experience dropped off my car for an appointment 7:30 AM. Car was finally finished around 6:30 PM. They did not have the tires in stock. Alignment was not completed As the lift was brokenhad to return to get this completed. The package I selected offered for alignment and an $80 off. Don’t think I ever got my $80 off and when I returned, they tried to charge me for the alignment. Had to show them the website and where it stated that was were free. Have used them previously for multiple cars not sure I will be back in the near future. Should’ve gotten a discount since I had to bring my car back in nothing was offered. As for the $80, be great if someone would contact me doubtful that will happen
