This is a wild series of events...This has been ongoing for months now..So, I take my 14' Chevy Cruze in for some ongoing overheating issues, having just had it at another shop, where they temporarily solved the issue, I was told by, I guess the dude who was the store manager that "We will get it right!"..Cool, so to be transparent, he stated that I needed about 6K of work done on the cooling system, which i didn't have to spend...We discussed the "Must Have Done Immediately" items, and agreed we would try that. Ok, that runs me 2,400.00. Get that done, and then almost two weeks later, The same issue...Ok, so I am a pretty rational person, so I assumed it was the other things that we didn't get done that first go round. Ok, so round 2. Take it in, and am told that what we gambled on, as far as not getting done the first time, will solve the issue, so now 2,900.00 more. Today, not even two weeks later, I get a check engine light...What??? So, i call them and let them know that i am baffled how they had the car (total of 3 days) and noone noticed ANYTHING additional, as far as issues with the car? I am now told, "oh, something else must have set it off, and its a different code" What? How do you guys keep my car for days, have claimed to have done diagnostics previously, but this MIRACULOUSLY happens, not long after y'all had it? Even if you had noticed something before, and I wasn't able to afford it, you could at least mention it. Now I got oil in my coil pack (I apparently was told by Mr Tire that I had an oil leak, but that they fixed it), spark plug damage etc...I thought this was a total car care business? So you guys put new radiator in, which requires the front end be taken off, and none of your mechanics saw anything? Oh yeah, also, the manager told me it would be two weeks until they could get my car in, and some story about losing the mechanic who worked on my Cruze due to a broken hand....So, none of the OTHER mechanics can work on a Cruze...Huh??? That doesn't even make alot of sense for an Auto mechanic shop...nevertheless, found another shop to get the work done. If I could get a refund on this garbage, I definitely would
