  Kendall hooked me up with a 2026 ford bronco sport for my fiancé, daughter (3 years old) and myself for a week to vacation in north Myrtle Beach South Carolina. We had an amazing vacation and a great drive there and back. Nick Stubbs helped with me returning the vehicle, great customer service and both had perfect smiles all the way thru their processes! Will be back for our next rental during the holidays! Dual highway go check them out.

  My recent experience with Enterprise on dual Highway in Hagerstown, Maryland was Excellent! My contact at this branch was a gentleman named Ferrari. Despite incredibly poor planning on my part, he and his team worked quickly and professionally to resolve the difficult situations I had created. The professionalism of the team and the work ethic they exhibited is an example of the gold standard of customer service. Charlie W

  Our family made our vehicle reservation for a large SUV eight weeks prior to our family trip to Florida. I receive a call the night before that our vehicle is in the shop and won't be ready. But that they would have a crossover SUV or a mini van ready for us the day of pick up. We arrive the next morning to pick up our vehicle. No vehicle available on the lot. The minivan was rented out to a different customer. No crossover SUV on the lot. They called around and were able to get us a crossover SUV. It took over an hour and a half to get us the vehicle. They did offer us a discount for the inconvenience. While we sat here and waited, several other clients showed up to pick the vehicles they had reserved, only to find out that there were no vehicles for them either. This is the most pathetic, unorganized, scam artists, business I have had the displeasure of working with. I will never use Enterprise again, and I will vigorously advocate to everyone I know to never do business with Enterprise. UPDATE: when they did finally get us a vehicle it was disgustingly dirty on the inside. Everything was sticky and nasty.

  You can book a reservation all day and night but when you arrive you will most likely be hit with the ‘ sorry we don’t have the car you booked in but we have ‘ it’s like offering someone a cat when you wanted a dog honestly!!! Why waste people’s time and allow people to book come in and offer them some bs!!! I cannot with this location anymore and I won’t! Truly time wasting I’m done! The funny thing is no one tells you anything until you’re there I never had this much trouble with an enterprise in other areas. So the best thing to do is if you have your own car drive your vehicle to another location and grab a car truck whatever you need from the other location!!! The staff was friendly don’t get me wrong but they need better communication if something isn’t available tell the person BEFORE they come, better yet I don’t care if it’s corporate whoever get it together stop allowing ppl to book online and then say at the last min ‘ we don’t have this vehicle’. I’m not doing this again with this location. It’s like continuing to go to a place that messes up your order it really gets to a point…
