  We booked a rental pick up truck over a month ago. Went to pick it up today and was told they didn't have any available. The employee was not trying to accommodate us or help in any way. Very disappointed.

  Absolutely awful. They called me the day of my reservation to tell me they couldn't give me the vehicle I wanted. Then acted like honoring the price I rested the lager vehicle at was doing me a favor. I know what they tried to put me in was cheaper then what I booked.

  Had a wonderful experience with Ferrari and Kendall at this Hagerstown Enterprise Location! After a hit and run accident and an insurance issue, it was nice to finally be taken care of in the midst of the chaos! Thanks again Ferrari and Kendall :)

  I requested a 12 passenger van a month in advance and two before my trip I go in and make sure everything is still good. I was told yes and it was getting an oil change. When I came to pick it up he was like we got you a Mercedes top-of-the-line cool okay. It was huge but a 15 passenger van no problem until I went to fuel it because I only had a half tank of fuel. I found out it was diesel fuel and that fuel is over $5.00 dollars a gallon and regular gas at $3.55 a gallon. The salesman did take some money off that’s the reason for the three stars only

  I haven’t rented a car for 5 years, so I was hesitant. I assumed the pick up paperwork would be lengthy. Nick did a fantastic job of completing the process in less than 10 minutes, with a smile. Nick put me in great vehicle that was clean and just the right size. I’d give him 6 stars. I wouldn’t hesitate to rent again from the Dual Highway, Hagerstown, MD location. I’will recommend him to my family and friends.
