  When arriving for service, I can see how many people are waiting in line. This visit there was no one in line with all three bays occupied. The techs directed me to the next bay that would be available, and scanned my vehicle to have it queued. Maybe within just 2-3 minutes the vehicle pulled out, and they directed me in. The leader greeted me, asked what I wanted today, and got to work. The team was seamless, worked well together, and completed my tasks quickly, but seemed at ease and did not appear rushed or stressed (i consider that a plus, they knew what to do). With my oil change I also got the cabin filter installed, after it was compared to my existing, which was dirty and had small leaves embedded in it. I really like the service I get here. They do business right in front of me, and I see everything. No ripoffs or cheats. They just do the work they say they are going to do. I appreciate that! No dealer hassles in scheduling an appointment weeks in advance. I just pull up! This Glen Burnie location is my favorite one, the team is friendly and makes me feel like I am valued! They are a good group! I want my vehicle taken care of the right way, and I love Valvoline's service model!

  Awesome Awesome service! I've always came to this location and each time, excellent service! They go above and beyond. Great knowledge of what they do! Staff very polite and helpful. Check my fluids, air in tires, offered things i may need for the vehicle and even the manager took the time to introduce himself! I will always go here. And also, you can tell they care they even send you reminders of service and coupons!! Thank you all for super service!!

  They are always thorough. I was disappointed that after leaving I bought an air filter. Upon installing I noticed oil all over my fender and engine Bay Area. I watched them wipe everything down but unfortunately the rag was oil soaked.

  The manager of this location was the gentleman who helped service my oil change and fix other minor issues. He was very friendly, upfront, honest, and giving good information about my vehicle. I came in for just a simple oil change and left out with new air filters and all fluids being topped off as well. I would recommend this location to anyone who needs a quick easy and good service on their car. For the manager who helped me: if you are reading this thank you so much for what you did for me on my 2009 honda civic and making sure i was comfortable with pricing and options i could pick from instead of charging me the top of the line service without asking just like other shops do.
