  Valvoline is a little more trustworthy than Jiffy Lube because they show you the amount of oil on your dipstick. You’re in and out 10 minutes. It’s perfect if you don’t want to change the oil yourself to save money.

  The gentleman who worked on my car were very friendly and informative. They explained to me each, and every step that was processed as my oil was changed and the different services that were perform under the hood of my car. I have been coming here for four years now and it’s been a pleasure each and every time I bring my car in for service

  Ok so this is my 6th time coming in with 3 different vehicle's 2010 suburu Forester , 2009 Ford focus and now a 2019 Kia Sorento, I usually don't post bad reviews if I don't have too but Ive spent a majority of money between this place , air filters , battery's , oil changes ect the first few times were great but my daily driver needed cabin air filters a air filters and bulbs for the license plate, they said I had too get it from AutoZone next door and that's np I was considerate about it , so the other day I stopped in too grab some air for my tires pulled up , only one other car waiting besides me and the bays were full the dude said np told me too pull up in front and into the tent , waited about 15 minutes and a car comes around to do a coolant or a transmission flush and told me he apologized that they couldn't give me air today because they were busy , and told me to go too the gas station , I'm sorry but air is included in with topping off if I'm a regular customer and I feel like I was neglected and because the other dude was spending money I felt tossed too the side , keep in mind that the last time they didn't even out soon my oil filter on that tight enough and I didn't even complain about it I just tightened it myself when I got home ...I believe I will not be coming back to vavoline I'm not that hard to get along with I know it's just air and not really no big deal but all the gas stations had broken air pumps and I thought I could rely on them it's more of a princable then a complaint

  I have had the absolute worst experience at this Valvoline location. My company has tried to set up a commercial/fleet account at this store FIVE different times over the past month. Each time, employees took my information, promised someone would reach out, and nothing happened. When a representative finally emailed me for company documents, I replied immediately with all required information-only to be completely ghosted again for weeks. When I visited the shop today, they STILL couldn't find or activate my fleet account. Instead of offering any actual assistance or escalating the issue to a manager, the staff was completely clueless, indifferent, and dismissive. Since I was already in line, rather than helping me resolve the account issue, the employee unprofessionally told me to "just leave and come back tomorrow" simply because they didn't want to deal with it. I ended up paying full retail price for the oil change. To make matters worse, after the oil change was complete, I asked them to reset/update the vehicle's maintenance service indicator, but the technicians had zero idea how to perform this basic operation. When I asked them to adjust the window sticker to the standard 5,000-mile interval instead of 3,000 miles, they showed extreme impatience and attitude. The entire staff made it blatantly clear that they do not care about customers or commercial clients at all—their only priority is clearing the line as fast as possible. Terrible management, terrible technical capability, and zero accountability. Avoid this location if you value your time and expect basic professionalism.
