  Went this morning for just an oil change. Told them I was getting brand new tires after. Still was harassed about the techs about my tires. They told me I was leaking transmission fluid and my engine was leaking. Took it to a mechanic NOTHING is wrong with the transmission or engine. NOTHING is leaking at all. Seems like they’re more worried about uncharges the retaining customers.

  I generally go to my dealer for my services. But it seems like I get a scheduled time and it stil wait much longer! This visit with Valvoline will be I think my forth visit. I really do n joy my interactions with the staff. They are very pleasant, honest and sometimes pretty funny! I guess having this up close interaction with emploies and the customers makes for a nice personal moment. I will be back and thank you for the experience.

  This is my go-to spot for oil changes on my vehicles. I really like that you don’t even have to get out of your vehicle, and they usually have you in and out pretty quickly. There’s almost always a coupon available in the app, which makes the price even better. I also appreciate that the employees double-check each other’s work to make sure everything is done right. The staff is always friendly and professional. Definitely recommend!

  I do not feel like the individual that was front facing with me was knowledgeable about what he was talking about. He tried to sell me on a radiator flush that is supposed to happen at 100,000 miles. He said my vehicle is “overdo” for the flush but my mileage is at 83,000. When I pushed back at Thai recommendation he said, “well you 100,000 miles may be different than my 100,000 miles”. This attempt at an explanation left me further confused and leaving very little trust in anything he had to say. In addition, before even checking my vehicle he went down the line in the system and clicked what the results were going to be. When I pushed back about the battery he said, “well it usually comes back ‘ok’ but he (referring to another staff member) is going to check in a second.” Why would anyone feel safe with this feedback. He checked off what my tire pressure was but never checked the tire pressure. He never checked my lights, blinkers, etc. as they usually do. Tho was not a good experience at all.
