  When I bought my car, I got carried away and purchased a multi-year oil service package—the "VIP" plan—so I could get it done close to home in Perry Hall. Then, they closed that location for oil changes and rescheduled me for this specific location in Glen Burnie... I always arrive on time for my appointment, yet they tell me my oil change is going to take three and a half hours because they are completely booked! That is incredibly disrespectful; if you make an appointment, it is with the expectation that you will be attended to at that specific time. If you don't have enough staff, why schedule so many appointments? NEVER sign up for that plan! You cannot toy with people's time like this! That’s one hour spent driving there, one hour driving back, and then three and a half hours just for an oil change!

  I scheduled awhile you wait oil change for 12:30. When I got there, there were 5 employees in the bay. One was working, 2 were arguing about where to have lunch, one guy never looked up from scrolling on his phone and one guy appeared to be napping in front of his computer. As I checked in, I was told they were backed up and it would be two or more hours. If they knew they were that backed up, why didn't soneone reach out to the while you wait appointments to give us a chance to reschedule. I rescheduled for 9:30 on Tuesday fir a while you wait oil change. 2 hours later, I texted my "service advisor" asking how much longer it would be, as I had already been waiting two hours. The response was that it shouldn't be "too much longer" and they "had a morning rush." An hour later I asked for my keys back. They said it was "almost done". 1pm I got my car back. No apology. Obvious thst they coukd have cared less. Poor communication skills. Poor customer service skills. I would also advise against paying the upfront "VIP" membership. It seems to guarantee you will become invisible.

  Requested work to be performed witch was transmission and brake service and never addressed my transmission problem !
