I scheduled an oil change appointment four days in advance, and I’ve now been waiting over 2½ hours just for a basic oil change. That’s unacceptable.
I spoke with the advisor, and the explanation I received was that only three lifts were available. Honestly, that’s not a valid excuse. What’s the point of scheduling a service appointment if customers still can’t be taken care of in a timely manner?
This level of service is pretty pathetic and extremely disappointing.

I had an amazing experience at Nissan! The whole process was smooth and stress-free. Ishmael really took the time to work with me, listen to what I wanted and what I didn’t want, and made sure I was comfortable every step of the way. He was patient, professional, and genuinely cared about helping me find the right fit instead of just making a sale. I truly appreciate the great customer service and would definitely recommend asking for Ishmael if you’re looking for someone who actually listens and gets the job done!

I was highly disappointed because I was told that I needed a new engine that was gonna cost me $13,000 which is Highway robbery and for the fact that I should’ve been just charged for a diagnostic and once it was determined that I was going to need a new engine they should not have done the 130 mile maintenance package but charge me for it anyway along with the diagnostic which I didn’t have a problem with paying the diagnostic, but they should not have charged me and done the service if you’re telling me that I need a new engine. I am also dissatisfied because this 2020 Nissan kicks that I have had major issues that apparently only some 2020 kicks had recalls on and according to my vin number it was never included in the recall. you also wanted to charge me $8900 last year for the transmission to be replaced mind you the Car was brought in May 2020 with only a few miles on it. It. didn’t even have 95,000 miles on it and I had to get a new transmission done somewhere else for $5700 also when I would bring it in because the engine light was coming on it kept saying the mass airflow sensor was the issue three times the mass airflow sensor has been replaced by Nissan instead of them trying to see what the issue was. I’m not a mechanic, but I would think there’s some type of defect, but instead of looking into it, Y’all just kept replacing the part. So again this satisfied with the service provided by Shehee Nissan of Glen Bernie.

I went in for oil change using my VIP status. Had an appointment for 1200 but went early 1030. Checked in and went to waiting room and it was packed. Soon I heard complaining about long waits and additional services being added on to whatever people came in for. I waited 4 hours after being told it would take 2. Part of that may have been because they couldn’t find my wheel locks. I was told by someone else who has been there twice that it wasn’t usually like that. This was a Tuesday morning, by the way. I will say any staff I interacted with were very courteous. If I didn’t have the VIP contract I most likely would not go back but I don’t like dealership service anyway. I always feel there is a push to upsell.
