  After an employee cracked my entire windshield in their attempt to go “above and beyond” what was requested of them, I reached out and spoke to the manager to see how they can help make this right. On the day of the event told me “good news or bad news. Good news I fixed where the rock hit your windshield, bad news I saw another mark over here and when I went to fix it your windshield cracked”. I explained this to the manager Peter who remained insincere and unwilling to assist me with getting my windshield replaced. I understood that going through my insurance I would need to pay a high deductible, however I was willing to pay out of pocket directly to the location if they could assist me. He quoted me a higher price than what I found in my research, and when I asked him to breakdown the cost he responded, “that’s like asking a front desk agent why flights costs what they do”. Ironically at the airport, their managers are able and willing to help customers through their travel pains when their staff is at fault. I thought this manager would be able to manage his team and location, and assist customers that have been thoroughly inconvenienced due to an over eager staff member. This was an unpleasant experience and I would not recommend.

  One of the worst experience. I would not recommend anything done from here or this company. I got a inpection due within 7 days so I set up a appointment for that monday which gave me 5 days left. This location called me to come early but I couldnt. When i got there , they tell me that the bracket of windshield is not right and they will throw all the codes so they have to order another one. I told them I am in a lil hurry so they set me up to a Rosedale location since they are distributingf. without letting them know about anything about my situation. They rescheduled for wendnesday. I came and explained the situation. They took my car for 2 hours and come to me and say they can not calibrate it. I asked what the problem was and tells me about the bracket. Fast forward, tech was saying thay glen burnie location did me dirty since they didnt wanna deal with me. And they won't be able to get mine done for another 7 to 10 days since they have to order a new different company glass. My question is why do you guys not communicate nor try to take any responsibility for this matter ? This is like the most ridiculous customer service/ buying a product from a company. You guys are literally the worst company in my book now. Peter the manager there lie to ur face

  Wish there was a way to put zero stars. I had an appt with Safelite Glen Burnie to come to my house from 8-1pm ( a HUGE timeframe) to repair my cracked windshield. Nobody ever showed up. This place is a joke. Super unprofessional & I never got a text telling me where my technician was. You can’t even show up within a 5 HOUR time frame?!?! Please do not waste your time with this place. They clearly don’t care about their customers & I will be taking my business elsewhere

  Do not use Safelite to replace your windshield. If there’s even a little hint of silicone or rust they will take your windshield off and leave your vehicle with out one. Their company policies are non sense. They came to my house twice and denied the work both times even after i removed my own windshield and removed 99 percent of the silicone that was on the area they complained about the first time. Huge waste of my time and their time. They will not go any sort of extra mile to make the job happen. Very disappointed.

  My husband needed a patch job done on his windshield after he got a star crack. The job itself looks iffy (it hasn't gotten bigger yet but it looks so off I won't be surprised if it does) but my main complaint is the place scammed him out of money. They were meant to bill insurance for everything and they still charged his card for way more than they were supposed to. He called/emailed to dispute and they refuse to refund his money. He ended up having to do a chargeback through his credit card to recoup the money. So we will not be using this locations service and encourage you not to either.
