  I had a really disappointing experience here. When they pulled my car out, they somehow left the post lift cradle foot stuck underneath it, which is completely unacceptable and could have caused serious damage. On top of that, I witnessed my car being revved multiple times in the parking lot, and they even nailed the gas aggressively for no reason. That’s not how you treat someone else’s vehicle. What made things worse was the manager’s response. After I brought all of this up, he didn’t acknowledge or address any of my concerns at all. No apology, no explanation—nothing. Overall, this showed a serious lack of care and professionalism. I wouldn’t trust them with my car again.

  Scratched the wheel looks like they tipped it on its face. Didn't notice it before we left (vehicle was in the shade) so going to assume they won't do anything about it.

  On Sunday 4-25-26 I noticed that I had a leek in one of my tires. I took it to NTB to get it fixed. Mr Tre said that they don't walk ins on Sunday but he made some adjustments and got me in. He informed me it might take some time. Had fixed in 1/2 hour. He and the staff are true professionals. Customer service is definitely their top priority. I will always give them my business.   I would strongly caution anyone considering NTB at 7539 Ritchie Highway in Glen Burnie. I dealt with an ongoing tire issue and had to return FIVE times between Friday and Monday for the same problem. Each time, I was told the tire was “fixed,” only for it to go flat again. On Monday—my day off—I returned again because the issue still wasn’t resolved. When I arrived, the front desk employee (Mark) was dismissive (again) and told me the manager, Tony, was on a conference call and it would be a while. I explained that this was urgent. Shortly after, Tony came out but showed little interest in hearing the full situation. I explained clearly that after multiple failed attempts, I needed a permanent resolution. About 30–35 minutes later, my car was returned. I was given no clear explanation of what was done, and when I requested paperwork (which I had asked for on previous visits as well), I was finally handed a document that does not clearly state the work performed and shows no charges or details. Additionally, the condition of the store itself was very unclean, which only added to the overall lack of professionalism. As a customer of two years, this experience was incredibly frustrating. Multiple failed repairs, lack of communication, and no proper documentation is unacceptable—especially when it involves vehicle safety and causes missed work. I will not be returning, and I hope others are aware of how situations like this are handled here.
