  I wish I could give this place zero stars. I’m honestly writing this because the interaction I had with their “assistant manager” named Kyran was incredibly annoying. I brought my 2018 Honda Civic in for a simple oil change, alignment, and tire balance. Before they even touched my car, they tried to charge me almost $300. For a Civic. After we questioned why it was so expensive and reminded them that the alignment was included with the oil change, they suddenly lowered the price. That alone made me question how they do business. The real problem started after I left. As soon as I turned out of their parking lot, my car started making loud scraping noises. The skid plate underneath my car was hanging down and dragging across the road. It became damaged so badly that we had to pull over and zip tie it just to make it back to the shop safely. When we returned, they immediately denied responsibility. Instead of taking ownership or even looking into what happened, they blamed me and insisted it was not their fault even though my car had absolutely no issues before they worked on it. I asked why they would not replace a skid plate that they had clearly damaged. It is literally a $30 to $40 part. The only answer I received was, "no." No explanation. No apology. When I asked why not? The response was simply "because no." We asked to speak with a manager. Kyran claimed he was the assistant manager, but he could not answer a single question I asked. I’m still answerless, writing this review. Every answer was, "I have to call my manager." While he was supposedly calling the manager, he was standing in the back on social media with the technicians hiding from us. When I asked if he had actually spoken to the manager, he told me he could not get him on the phone. The entire interaction felt dishonest and completely unprofessional. This was by far one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had. They overquoted a basic service, damaged my vehicle, refused to take responsibility, refused to replace a cheap part they damaged, and then acted like I was the problem. If this is how they treat customers over something as simple as an oil change, I cannot imagine trusting them with any major repair. There is absolutely no accountability here. Do yourself a favor and take your car somewhere that values honesty, professionalism, and customer service because you will not find any of those things at this location.

  Everyone was professional and very friendly and the work was done in a very timely manner. The price was reasonable and was competitive with other businesses. The thing that made me pick this Mr. Tire was the professional and friendly way they treated me, and they were concerned that I was completely satisfied with their service and they answered any questions that I had about my selection of tires. I would recommend them to my family and friends.

  I normally have a good experience bringing my car to this location but my most recent visit was not great. I scheduled a tire repair for a slow leak on passenger side rear tire. I was informed that a completely different tire need to be replaced because of "2 gashes" and I'm positive they never checked the tire I told them to check. The tire they replaced was fine and had no issues before I showed and definitely did not have any gashes. I had been trying around with the slow leak for over a month and did not have any issues with any other tire other than the passenger side rear tire. I can't prove anything currently and did end up paying for the tire but I probably won't be back due to that experience
