  I needed a front end alignment. I called the number for the Glen Burnie store, not realizing that it was a call center. I was turned off by the hard to understand guy on the phone, but I got such a quick appointment, I figured to hell with it; let's give it a shot. I called at 12:15 and he booked me for 12:30. I'm 8 minutes away so, off I went. I got there Bryan A. explained about the new call center process. My appointment was valid and they were done incredibly fast. I was back home by 1. I definitely will be going back thanks to Bryan and the staff there. Thank you.

  I had a warning of a low tire. My car doesn’t tell me which one was low. They took my car immediately into the garage bay, checked the tire and came out to tell me it was the right rear. They fixed the hole and sent me in my way in less than 20 minutes. Great service and very nice gentlemen!

  This afternoon i had the pleasure for a displeasing reason to stop in and Mr. Charles shined with his outstanding customer service. Hitting a piece of construction debris on the way home shredding my front passenger tire. With only an hour to spare to get a new tire and make it to work, I stopped in at Mr, tire who told me "well you better find a tire place quick" im glad to know that Firestone will be there when you need it most. I simply asked mr Charles if I could get just on3 rubber to rim and I could do the rest. We'll after saving me with a tire as I was rolling it out he stopped me and had me bring my car around for a quick swap of my donut. I can day with whole hearted trust that Mr. Charles and his team are spectacular in there dedication to customers and there craft. I can express my gratitude enough, he saved my check and the stress of missing work! Thank you very much Firestone!

  Had a flat and needed 4 new tires anyway so I went for it. The only good thing was that they had 4 tires in stock and got me in and out in about an hour and a half. The fees and service cost as much as the tires especially since they didn't let me know there was supposed to be an instant $100 off when buying 4 and didn't apply it ( found out after I got home and looked up the tires). They were short staffed (only two employees) on were trying to get everyone in and out. The computer crashed so I didn't get an official reciept, will have to go back or call coprerate to email me. And the new tires were so far out of balance and shaking on the HWY that I paid COSTCO to re-balance them. Very disappointed all the way around the board!!

  I brought my car to Mr. Tire (the one near Baltimore-Annapolis Blvd.) last week. It was later in the afternoon, but they were still able to replace my tire that day, and at a good price. I will keep using their services!
