  I had a flat tire on I 95, en route to the Jersey Shore. My car was towed to Just Tires in Glen Burnie. When I arrived with the tow truck, I was informed that they did not have my size tire in stock. Service Advisor, Zach Wheatley, gave me a list of other nearby tire stores to see if they could help me. When he saw that none of the other stores had my tire in stock either, he sent one of his guys to the tire warehouse to get the tire I needed. I was so grateful for his help and getting me back on the road again. Mr. Wheatley provided extra customer service! Thank you! 😊

  No one says anything to you when you walk in. Not hi, hello, good morning…. Nothing. They barely make eye contact. I could get past the trash customer service but how do you call yourself “just tires” but it takes you all day to replace a set of tires for 1 car with the earliest appointment. Make that make sense. So my appointment was either ignored or they’re just so untrained that it literally took a technician all shift to replace my tires. This isn’t the first time either It’s always some BS coming here. Anything I have done, brakes, tires, shit just to repair a flat you can expect to sacrifice your entire day. If you had plans for later that day I’d cancel them in advance or find a new place to get the work done on your car. I’m “JUST TIRED” of waiting all day for simple repairs. Please do us all a favor and close your doors indefinitely.

  I USE JUST TIRES IN GLEN BURNIE FOR MY PERSONAL car,and company truck,always friendly and the work is done right the first time,Definitely recommend them for your tire needs and mechanical needs.

  I came in to have my flat tire changed on the rear drivers side. The gentleman in the picture below, I think he said his name Dave, the older gentleman wasn’t a gentleman, he actually was unprofessional and rude. He stated to me that it would take 3-4 hours to have a tire delivered to this location to replace the rear drivers side tire, I said “3-4 hours to deliver one tire, wow that’s insane”, wasn’t being rude when I said it either, he rolls his eyes and says, “Well if you want, you can go somewhere else.” Not sure where the hostility came from but it wasn’t necessary, I was already having a rough morning with little to no sleep after working an overnight shift, so I didn’t need all the attitude and rudeness at 10:45 in the morning. Imagine you work overnight 10pm-6am, get off, drive for Lyft and in the process of driving for Lyft and doing a couple rides, you catch a flat, no spare tire, and bring your car to Just Tires JUST to receive negative energy and attitude and rude remarks. If you’re having a rough morning yourself older guy in the photo, that’s one thing, but you leave your emotions, attitude, etc. at the door. Don’t bring it to work. You’re being paid to provide excellent customer service. I definitely won’t be coming here again.

  I took my car to get rims mounted onto my existing tires and also got new TPMS. Took about 4 hours just for the job to not be completely finished. I had to return to get the 2 rear TPMS installed and I also had to return with longer thread lug bolts. No big deal. I drove it home and took it back a week later. I took it back a second time and after the work was completed I came to pickup my car after 3 days of leaving it there just to be accused of not paying for the service. I paid for everything the first visit and I also had the invoice for the work and to return free of charge. The associate at the desk (who helped me the first visit!!) went back and forth with me accusing me of not paying. Turns out, he had the wrong paper but couldn’t even take accountability for his mistake. After getting work done here my car is feeling more bouncy than usual, the steering wheel shakes if I go over 45mph and overall it’s just not a smooth ride. I do not want to return for a third time, get accused of not paying and I will have to take my vehicle else where to fix Just Tires issues they created.
