- TATHE MASTER ́S APPRENTICE1 day ago1.0I am extremely disappointed and frustrated with my experience at this Glen Burnie location. I scheduled an appointment for a car alignment at 11:30 AM, assuming that booking in advance meant my time would be respected. By 12:45 PM—more than an hour and fifteen minutes later—my vehicle hadn’t even been moved into the service bay. What makes it worse is the abysmal customer service. Not a single employee bothered to approach me, apologize, or explain the delay. If I hadn’t stood up to ask what was going on myself, they would have completely ignored me. The staff was incredibly unhelpful, dismissive, and lacked basic professionalism. After wasting my time sitting there for nothing, I decided to cancel the appointment and leave. This place made me waste my time, my gas, and my energy for absolutely zero service. If you actually value your time and expect decent customer treatment, avoid this Just Tires. Total lack of organization and terrible management!

- SDSylvester Dancy2 days ago5.0Thanks Just Tires staffs and management for being very professional and kind while I have an emergency issues need to have a tire replaced but they unable to replaced because the model/brand isn’t available. They were kind to place a donor tire on it and recommend where other tires company nearby if they may have it what I need.
