It’s rare to come across representatives who genuinely care about their customers, and Matt and Austin definitely do. BEWARE BEFORE YOU RESERVE A VEHICLE WITH THIS BRANCH LOCATION OR EVEN THE COMPANY PERIOD!!!! Where do I begin! Husband reserved a vehicle BACK IN MAY- trip to SC. Reserved a Standard SUV (like a Grand Cherokee) hoping for a roof rack to use our luggage bag. Appointment to pick up the vehicle- 8am 6/17/26 when the store opened before my husbands first meeting at 9:30 am was the only convenient option for us since we were leaving at 4:30 am the following day. Well he gets there and SURPRISE NO VEHICLE AVAILABLE!!! My husband asks what the ETA on arrival was and the young lady states “it’s not going to be here quickly, it’s coming from Eldersburg”. She did not offer to find out where the vehicle was or did anything to help figure out what the next option was. Just a dismissive attitude that we had to just accept because what other choice did they give us!? NONE!!! After fussing several more minutes he arranges to return later in the day at about 5 pm because he has no other choice. Originally he was going to retrieve the rental, leave his truck, and when I got off work at 4:30 pm, would take him up to pick his truck up. When I spoke to my husband around 12-1 pm, asking about the rental, he informs me that he did not pick it up because of the incompetence and failure of their team not having a vehicle available upon his arrival. So I call to see what what going on and am told by Chris that the vehicle actually arrived “6 MINUTES” after he left, but that they no longer had that vehicle any more because they gave it to another customer, assuming my husband was returning later at 5 pm. I stated/ asked why no one tried calling to let him know that the vehicle arrived so he could turn around and retrieve it. Chris only repeated that he was expecting my husband to return at 5 pm and he had no other vehicles at the moment with a nonchalant/ he didn’t care one bit attitude. Worst customer service! I asked for the Regional DM number, but he would not give it to me, only her email. And asked for him to have her contact me immediately which I found out when speaking with the RDM that Chris never informed her. Thank goodness I asked him for her email address and sent an email as soon as I received it. The RDM responded within the hour of my email and got straight to work on helping us with this mess. She was finally able to get a vehicle delivered to our home due to the inconvenience, but that did not go well either. When the Grand Jeep Cherokee arrived it looked like it had been in an accident. Major dent in the hood above the Jeep emblem and the front end was coming off on the passenger side. Being concerned about how long of a trip we were about to drive, I call the RDM to request a different vehicle because this one was unacceptable! After all the issues we went through today with Enterprise, this is what they show up with! NOPE!!! As I explained to the RDM, after she obtained a vehicle in better condition (still not good but better/ not what we reserved which I feel was a bigger SUV then the one we got), we just wanted what we reserved and a much better experience then this. And it showed up dirty. We didn’t want an upgrade or discount (which she did grant us a discount for the inconvenience), we didn’t want something we didn’t ask for. All we would have preferred would have been for this situation to have never gone down like this. Do better and be better! Now I’m looking over the contract that was emailed and the team member, Aaron, that checked the car over with us and did the contract did not add me as a driver. Aaron asked my husband if anyone else would be driving the vehicle and he responded, “yes my wife”. Now I will have to email the RDM again in the morning to get this straightened out so my husband doesn’t have to do all the driving for our road trip. I just don’t know what more to say. Just shaking my head in disbelief! I know this is long and if you’ve made it to the end I hope you heed my warning and just go with another company or you will be dealing with a similar situation like this.

I agree with most on here with the unhelpful staff and painful wait times. I received atrocious customer service TODAY. Was told my car was ready for pick up at 12:30. I arrive and I’m told they have no vehicles available and my pick up was accidentally keyed in for Friday the 19th. Zero empathy shown by staff. I was told to basically have a nice day and they might be able to help as if it wasn’t their issue. Then the horror continues as the manager calls and tells me I can drive and hour away to another location and that’s all he can do lol avoid at ALL COSTS. Will never do business with this location again. HORRIBLE MANAGEMENT

Rented from this location for my family of 7 Disney Trip to Orlando. The PREMIUM SVU that I rented was RAGGEDY! Left while it was raining- windshield wipers wouldn't work, bald tires, the car shook when you went over the 70, and the head lights blinked on and off while driving. First time I called enterprise customer service, I was told that I could easily switch the car at the Orlando airport and that because it was an airport they would have ample inventory - after multiple trips- they didn't have any thing available in the size I needed. It was not easy at all! I even asked if they could check another location, they said they couldn’t. Ultimately- left the car in Orlando and had to rent from Avis to get my family back to Maryland. I called the Glen Burnie location several times to tell him the issues and he offered a free upgrade on my next rental (as if I would ever return). He then called back to offer me %15 percent off and that I would have to wait to speak to his area manager before he could do anything. This was a nightmare, DO NOT rent from this Enterprise!!
