- JFJason FarrellMay 12, 20261.0No good, service is mediocre, and car was not even close to what I rented. I opted for a BMW 2 series or audi a3 or similar. Reserved over a month. When I picked it up they gave me a base toyota camry...the bait and switch was so obvious they knocked a third of the total off the price. Turo is far better option or go to airport for rental.

The process went very smoothly and the car I was rented was very clean and fairly well maintained. The customer service reps I dealt with were friendly and professional, and they took the time to go over anything I'd need to know about the car and its operation (cause all cars are a little bit different in where certain controls are). Overall I was very satisfied with my experience.
