- RARosa A.Mendez1 day ago1.0To whom it may concern, I rented a vehicle from Enterprise Rent-A-Car after my personal vehicle was totaled. The first vehicle I was given was in unacceptable condition, with old food underneath the seats and dog hair throughout the interior. Due to the unsanitary condition of the vehicle, I returned it and exchanged it for another rental vehicle. Approximately one month after returning the second vehicle, I was unexpectedly charged $750 for traffic and/or toll tickets that I never received and was never informed about during my rental period. The alleged violations occurred approximately three hours away from where I live, and I have proof showing that I was not responsible for those tickets. Despite providing information disputing the charges, I was told that the tickets were my responsibility. I believe these charges were wrongfully placed on my account, and I consider this treatment unfair and negligent. I am currently seeking legal counsel regarding the false charges and the handling of this matter. I am requesting a full investigation into these charges, removal of all incorrect fees from my account, and reimbursement for any funds improperly charged!

Paying for a whole extra day, when you may have needed it for just a few more hours, for reasons outside of your control (traffic etc) can be disappointing.
