  I am happy to always choose enterprise for my car rental as it is always easy for me to go in show my license and get their insurance and be out with in minutes, but this time I choose Glen Bernie as it is very close to my house they asked me for proof of address and a bill but I unfortunately don't pay bills and my cell phone company never ask me for address it was a bit of an issue but the manager was very nice to let me get the rental as I have track record with the Pasadena, MD enterprise but I love entertainment, I just need to go back to where I always rent my cars. I always make sure to clean the car myself and fill the tank full before I turn it back and I take pictures of the dash board how they leave gas tank and around the car I take videos of before and after for my records. But I am 1000% satisfied with the glen Bernie enterprise I highly recommend it just use their insurance so it's easier.

  This was my first time ever renting a car and I was a bit unsure about what to expect. Every single staff member I interacted with was absolutely amazing. They were so friendly from the moment I walked in, incredibly patient with all of my questions, and made the entire process completely stress free. They took the time to explain everything clearly and I never once felt rushed. The car itself was clean, easy to drive, and had the latest technology which made the experience even better. I loved the rental so much that I decided to extend my trip by a few days. Doing that through the Enterprise app was incredibly simple and convenient. As long as I am living in this area, I will never go to another company or another location. Thank you to the Glen Burnie team for making my first rental such a positive one.

  As a loyal enterprise member, I was appalled when we received an EMAIL saying we caused $1500 in damage. The vehicle was inspected upon arrival when it was due, no issues and no damage. Nearly, two weeks later I got an email with the fine. I immediately went to the branch to dispute. I obtained video footage and picture with time stamps when we returned the vehicle and NO damage was present. Luckily, I won the dispute and the adjuster said the clam will be closed. I never received an apology from enterprise or even acknowledgement that one of THEIR employees caused the damage after we returned the vehicle. I will no longer be returning to this branch.

  Second time I used this place and it’s is a mess. There’s a bunch of kids running the business. I took off work to get my rental car. Waited ten minutes to tell I couldn’t be helped even though I scheduled appointment and was on time. They said I’d have to wait. Also waiting room is gross and seat were cover in food crumbs.
