  I called Enterprise because I was unable to pick up the rental car at the originally scheduled time. The customer service representative informed me that I could pick up a vehicle from any Enterprise location, as vehicles were available. I specifically asked about the Glen Burnie location because it was more convenient for me, and I was assured that a vehicle was available there. However, when I arrived at the Glen Burnie location, I was told that they did not have any vehicles available. I explained that I had specifically confirmed availability with Enterprise customer service before making the trip. The employees at the location told me that customer service routinely tells customers that vehicles are available even when that may not actually be the case. I expressed my concern that this essentially meant I had been lied by Enterprise. I then called Enterprise customer service again while I was still at the location to try to understand what had happened and resolve the situation. I waited for approximately five minutes trying to reach someone while the location was preparing to close. At that point, one of the employees suddenly approached me and said that they did, in fact, have a vehicle available. I was ultimately provided with a black Nissan Versa, which also had a broken glovebox. Overall, the experience was extremely frustrating. I had specifically called ahead to confirm availability to avoid this exact situation, only to be told upon arrival that no vehicles were available and then, after waiting and attempting to contact customer service again, that a vehicle was available after all.

  I am happy to always choose enterprise for my car rental as it is always easy for me to go in show my license and get their insurance and be out with in minutes, but this time I choose Glen Bernie as it is very close to my house they asked me for proof of address and a bill but I unfortunately don't pay bills and my cell phone company never ask me for address it was a bit of an issue but the manager was very nice to let me get the rental as I have track record with the Pasadena, MD enterprise but I love entertainment, I just need to go back to where I always rent my cars. I always make sure to clean the car myself and fill the tank full before I turn it back and I take pictures of the dash board how they leave gas tank and around the car I take videos of before and after for my records. But I am 1000% satisfied with the glen Bernie enterprise I highly recommend it just use their insurance so it's easier.
