- MWMeaghan Warfield3 days ago2.0I’ve bought 2 vehicles now from enterprise car sales in Glen Burnie. Both experiences were great. Howver, I Went in to get an appraisal with Patrick and the younger gentlemen who is the appraiser for my VW . After asking what I owed on my vehicle he came back with a “turbo engine failure” . my car has regular maintenance, no dash lights were on and they would not give me an engine code number. They low balled my car value at 7grand. Took my car to a mechanic outside of this dealership only to find out there was absolutely NOTHING wrong with my vehicle. Enterprise Glen burnie has lost a customer. Lost their credibility, and I don’t appreciate the lies told. I also asked Patrick to have his manager call me and I was left ignored. Horrible experience and don’t recommend
