  I had one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had with City Imports. The customer service was extremely disappointing, and I felt like my concerns were ignored from start to finish. Communication was poor, promises were made but not kept, and I was left feeling frustrated and misled. Instead of taking responsibility, they seemed more interested in making excuses than resolving the issue. The entire experience felt unprofessional, stressful, and like a complete waste of my time and money. I would not recommend City Imports to anyone looking for honest, reliable service. There are plenty of businesses that value their customers and stand behind their work—this was not one of them. I sincerely regret choosing City Imports and would never return.

  As far as experiences with mechanics go, this recent one is the worst in my memory as a car owner. The head mechanic Brad called ensured me he would call before doing any work on my car , but proceeded to do "1200 dollars " worth of work without providing a quote beforehand or explaining what work was to be done. He also refused to work on the main issue on my car's sidemarker because it was "too expensive" . Apparently this shop just does whatever work they feel like for whatever price they decide, and refuses to do other work because they assume its too expensive . He also refused to quote me a price until after he did all the work though I asked multiple times on the phone. I know they were trying to rip me off because they quickly lowered the price by about 800 dollars in 5 minutes when I stood my ground and refused to pay. I showed the receipt to another mechanic , and did independent research to find the work completed should have still been a couple hundred dollars cheaper even AFTER he lowered the price by 800 dollars. The worst part?? He complained as if I wanted him to work for free while he was blatantly trying to rip me off for 1000 dollars in front of my face. Choose your targets better next time Brad. I know lots of people with nice cars in your area. For someone who was supposed to be my families mechanic we will be taking our fleet of bmws and mercedes elsewhere.
