Don’t buy anything from these crooks. Bought 2 brand new cars and they lied about paperwork for one. They do not respond to correspondences to fix the issues they caused. Pushes warranties and add ons that aren’t worth it. I don’t even service my vehicles here as they treat you less than for wanting to be sure your warranty (that they sold you) is considered for issues.

Nate my salesperson was awesome, very professional and knowledgeable. Mandy my financial manager was also amazing, professional and explained everything in the paperwork. Would definitely recommend this dealership.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
We had an amazing experience at Bob Bell Hyundai! The entire process was smooth and stress-free from start to finish.
A huge thank you to Jin, our salesperson, who was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. He went above and beyond for us, even driving a total of five hours in one day to bring in a vehicle from another dealership so we could see it in person. He made finding our dream car easy and enjoyable.
Rodney was absolutely amazing and helped us so much all weekend. He worked hard to get our payments exactly where we wanted them and made sure everything came together perfectly. We truly appreciate all the time and effort he put into helping us get into the right vehicle.
Malik was also great, taking the time to show us different vehicles, answer our questions, and he helped us with test driving multiple vehicles
The entire team was professional, friendly, and genuinely cared about making sure we found the right vehicle for our family. Their customer service went above and beyond, and it truly made all the difference.
We couldn’t be happier with our new car and highly recommend Bob Bell Hyundai!

This place is nothing but the rep off my daughter went there to get an oil change on her 2019 Hyundai ELANTRA they didn’t rotate the tires and charge me for it. They try to recommend the 60,000 mile service transmission flush, coolant flush brake flush and front brake service. It’s funny because the owner manual says the transmission is non-serviceable and doesn’t re require service, coolant flush in the owners manual says 10 years or 120,000 miles whichever comes first and she’s nowhere near that, they recommended front brake pads and front rotor surface turned but yet the tires were never pulled off so how did they check the brake pad. Be warned

Bringing your car in for standard service, even if its free- you might as well go and spend the money somewhere else if you value your time at all. The first time I took my car in for an oil change I was told it would take roughly an hour to an hour and a half and ended up waiting for an entire 4 hours even after going up to the desk several times to ask after the initial hour and a half. I kept being told it would be ready in another 10 - 20 minutes each time and couldn't get a straight forward answer on what was happening. The other 2 times I've brought my car in I used their shuttle and yes it still took 4 - 5 hours for the standard maintenance ON A SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT. the second time I asked for a shuttle the person at the service desk said he would tell the driver and asked me to wait in the waiting area and he'd call me back only for me to see the shuttle leave after waiting 15 minutes. I went back to the desk to see what was happening with my ride so I wouldnt have to spend another several excruciating hours in this place for them to call the driver and relay on speaker phone that no one had told him someone was waiting on a ride. If youre looking for awful customer service, look no further, theyre very consistent.
