Went here because the tire pressure was low on my car and wouldn’t keep air so the light kept going on. They said I needed a tire pressure sensor so I changed it because I have an older car and they ended up losing my wheel lock key, even though they later found it. A couple days later the light came back on and when I checked the tire pressure they had overfilled all four tires by at least 10 psi. I ended up taking it to a mechanic shop where they fixed it in 20 minutes.

Don’t be fooled by reviews, they actively encourage customers to give them 5 star ratings; I also believe they are buying reviews to make them look better.
Dropped my car off for a tire puncture. Expected a simple patch. Get a call 3 hours later, it’s the dirty technician informing me that the tire cannot be patched ( of course it can’t 🤣) and I will need to buy a completely new tire. Great. He proceeds to inform me that my brakes are 70% worn. FYI, my car was purchased in 2021 and has less than 30k miles on it, but sure, I need new brakes too, of course!
Two days later, I go to pick up the car. Surprise! No new tire, it was the same tire I currently had, I guess they patched it after all instead of replacing the tire completely. They still charged me for the new tire. Noticed they rotated my wheels as well without informing me.
Overall this was a terrible experience. Save yourself the hassle and shady sales practices and avoid this place. I’ve taken this matter to corporate and waiting to hear back.

Steve was fantastic to work with, very friendly and approachable. Called me when my vehicle was done (and a bit early!) this location has lots around it, food library, all walkable. Great experience.

Well let's start this review off by saying the manager(?) parked in a handicap space with no plate or placard. He has a noticable limp but I don't want to assume. Either way, not great optics. Great example of the consideration he's about to give me. I own 3 vehicles and am a graduate of the Auto Mechanics courses from MC. I took my Mitsubishi Lancer here for a tire balance, as the steering only shakes between 65 and 70. Existed ever since (different) shop put new tires on less than 15k miles ago and I just haven't gotten around to balancing it out yet. Had this verified by my own (separate) mechanic. Made 8 am appointment for balancing. Arrive back at noon and balancing was not performed. They called and left VM about list of other suggested items I should fix first that would solve this problem and not require the tire balancing. One of which was "new front brakes that were down to 50%". I did my own pads and rotors 2 months ago the instant it was finally warm enough outside to work on my cars. Tried to tell me "well I don't want you to pay $100 for something that isn't going to fix the car" bruh, of course you'd rather me pay $500+ for the whole menu. That's not the protective, thinking-of-the-customer flex you think it is. Disappointed and should've have known from the parking lot.

I recently had new tires and new front struts put on my Highlander at other businesses. But the other businesses didn’t do alignments, and NTB had decent pricing along with a nice coupon for $35 off.
I scheduled the appointment online. The process was handled through Mavis, and the scheduling gave the indication that the coupon would be automatically applied for the appointment.
When I arrived for my appointment, the gentleman that helped me was super friendly and professional. I gave him my appointment number, and he pulled it up on the computer. He gave me the total for the job, and it only reflected a $30 discount. I told him that I seemed to recall it being $35, but I figured I had misremembered. I should have just pulled the info up on my phone, but I let it slide.
I waited there for the job to be done, and I still had plenty of time to confirm the discount before I paid, but it was only a $5 difference. So again, I just let it slide.
The work was done pretty quickly. Actually, I thought it might have been done a bit too quickly. I saw my vehicle being brought into the bay. From the time it entered the bay to job completion was no more than about 30 minutes.
When I did a search for the time to do a four wheel alignment, it returned that an hour or more should reasonably be expected. Even more time was expected for older vehicles, and my vehicle is a 2007, old indeed. So I was expecting at least an hour to an hour and a half. That was actually what I was told when I checked in for my appointment.
One might think I should have been happy to be on my way sooner, rather than later. But I’ve had sneaky suspicions that the work that was claimed to have been done, wasn’t actually done at previous auto shops. So pardon my distrust.
Anyway, when it was time to pay and be on my way, I had pretty much forgotten about the $5 coupon difference. That is, until after I paid and received a request to fill out a survey.
I usually like to do surveys because they should help to improve service if the company is committed to doing so. One of the questions asked if I was charged what I was expecting on a scale of 1 to 5. With 5 confirming that I was charged what was expected. And while I should have addressed the matter honestly, especially if the objective is to improve service, I just selected 5 and moved on.
Well, a few hours later, I saw the old emails regarding my appointment and the request regarding the survey. I couldn’t help but think that if numerous people got charged $5 more than they expected, that would be a nice little extra profit. And I began to feel that it was something that I shouldn’t have let slide, as a matter of principle in the very least.
I sent a message to the Mavis customer service explaining what happened. And while I should have handled it better, and I don’t expect to get the $5 back; I believe it’s a lesson others should be aware of.
