Steve was so accommodating! It was my first time here and he took care of me! Elvis, one of the car technicians, worked on my car; he was very efficient! Seems like everyone gets along here and the working atmosphere is great! I would definitely recommend this shop to anyone, even for any last minute car issues!
Do not under any circumstances bring your car here for a single thing. In addition to being unprofessional this establishment is extremely shady and will straight rip you off. After paying a hefty price for a brake job, only to discover that they did it incorrectly causing several other issues with the car immediately following. Despite being directly responsible, NTB refused to fix their mistakes or help us in any way. If you want your families safety to be at jeopardy and to get ripped off then come here. Otherwise avoid, one-star only because I can't put less.

I don't usually do bad reviews, I just don't go back. However, this shop just plain tries to steal from it's customers. If I could press charges for theft I would. 1 star review isn't low enough. Do not let them near your car. There are many good shops out there, this isn't one of them.
Services requested, Oil change, Rotate and Balance, Check steering and suspension for loose parts.
They called and recommended a Power steering flush, brake flush, induction service and an alignment. I asked them if the front end parts were ok, and they said they didn't know, they didn't check them and they had to charge me extra to do that.
How do you align a car with potential loose front end parts?
Frustrated we declined all repairs and told them we would pick the car up.
When we arrived we checked the tires for new wheel weights. The old wheel weights were still on they car, brake dust covered and all.
We went inside and when asked if they did the service, the salesman said he they did. I reported my findings and the guy replied, "I saw her working on the car, and saw her do it." I asked him to explain the lack of new weights and presence of the old weights, he then checked with the Lady and suddenly relented and said they would bring the car back in and do it. THIS IS JUST STRAIGHT THEFT.
Once in the shop I asked if I could observe, they gave me an attitude and tried stating policy to disallow me in the shop, meanwhile they were showing something to another customer, in the shop. I pointed this out and they relented. The lady in charge then yells at me, "Don't you dare touch that car!"
When they brought the car back in, I observed. I asked the tire technician to shake down the front end for me. He had no idea what to do. I asked him if he minded me explaining to him how to do it. He agreed. I began to explain to him and suddenly the lady reappeared, yelling at me, "I'm charging you for that!"
My reply, "You just tried to steal $100.00 from me, you are going to let him check the front end." She told me I was rude and disrespectful, I ignored her and she ran off and called someone on her cellphone.
After teaching him how to shake down the front end, we found loose tie-rod ends. After inspecting the tires, we found they were just above the wear bar (2/32 of tread). I decided since we needed new tires, not to have them do the R&B.
I asked to check the oil level, since they lied about the other service. This service they did do, however they left their plastic gloves in the engine bay, on top of the intake manifold's engine cover. The gloves could have easily fell onto the exhaust manifolds and caught fire, or been sucked into the cooling fans, destroying the fans.
This shop rubber stamps recommendations for quick easy money and charges for services not done. They give the entire industry a black eye.
I’ve had a few oil changes done at this location, and new times. More than half of my visits required going back to correct work.
New tires were leaking air.
After an oil change, my car was leaking oil. I took it back, they said the oil pan needed to be replaced and they had to order a new pan. My car was there for 3 days. When I returned, they said they only needed to replace the plug and did not replace the pan. Why does that take 3 days? My car has a slow leak at the plug now so this did not fix the issue.
Avoid this location, it is slow and they cannot perform routine maintenance reliably.

I cannot say enough good things about Eddy Mukadi and the team at NTB Germantown. I came in with a wheel alignment issue that other places struggled to identify properly. My car was pulling to the left, and it was becoming frustrating to drive.
Eddy took the time to listen to my concerns and did not rush the process. Instead of just performing a basic alignment, he and his team thoroughly inspected the suspension components to determine what was actually causing the problem. Their attention to detail, professionalism, and commitment to getting the job done right truly stood out.
After they completed the work, the difference was incredible. The car now drives perfectly straight and feels like a brand-new vehicle. It is clear that Eddy genuinely cares about his customers and takes pride in delivering quality service.
Beyond the excellent work, Eddy made me feel at home from the moment I walked in. We developed a great relationship, and his customer service is second to none. It’s rare to find someone who combines technical expertise with such a welcoming and honest approach.
I highly recommend Eddy Mukadi and the entire NTB Germantown team to anyone needing alignment, suspension work, or general vehicle service. These guys are simply outstanding. Thank you, Eddy, for going above and beyond!
