  Grade A service! The guys treated me with 5 star treatment. Picked me up from the dealership nearby and dropped me off when my car was ready. Shout out to the intern Jason and the manager for the incredible service.

  Needed a van for week trip. Reserved at Germantown location since I have used them several times. They were short staffed towards the end of the day but van was ready. Needed extra space and wanted rear seat folded but it was stuck. Domonique was quick to get another van but it had light on the dash. So he brought another one and folded the rear seats to make sure before I leave. He cleaned the van and got it ready and off I was. Very happy with the service and shout-out to Domonique.

  The information provided was neither accurate nor transparent. Despite returning the vehicle prior to 10:00 AM, as stipulated in the contract, the receipt issued included an additional $25 charge for insurance and a $52 late fee for two hours. This is inaccurate. The receipt indicates a return time of 11:44 AM, which is a misrepresentation and an unacceptable overcharge. I have utilized Hertz and other rental platforms on numerous occasions without encountering such discrepancies. I am sure they are doing this dirty business to many customers since i got the receipt after 6 pm via email. If customers don't pay attention to the details about the charge they will get the money easily! Dirty business stay way from them or make sure you get your receipt right after you returned the car...!

  I have used this Enterprise multiple time in the past and always been pleased with the service and vehicles I have rented. This time I made the mistake of picking a Sunday to pick up a rental car. It was packed and I waited over 90 minutes to get my rental, but I walked away in a good mood because of Patrick and Dominic. Patrick and Dominic did an amazing job of making order out of chaos, checking in with customers frequently to let them know what was happening with their rental, still taking time to treat every customer as if they were the only ones there, and keeping a happy and upbeat attitude given the frenzy of customers there. I was impressed at how they handled the slew of issues that faced them and kept all the customers happy and being efficient in getting rentals in and out. Though I didn’t love waiting so long, the customer service made the experience much more palatable and Dominic and Patrick kept a lot of antsy customers happy.
