Terrible experience with Enterprise Germantown I reserved an 8-passenger van online, but when I arrived to pick it up at the scheduled time (5:00 PM), it wasn't ready. They only offered me a 7-passenger van for the exact same price. They then sent me to the Enterprise location in Gaithersburg, telling me an 8-passenger van was available there. However, when I arrived at Gaithersburg, they didn't have one either. To make matters worse, the representative who initially helped me in Gaithersburg tried to charge me more money for a different vehicle, basically giving me an ultimatum to accept it or leave with nothing. Eventually, the manager in Gaithersburg noticed the issue, stepped in, and listened to what happened. He was very professional, showed me several options—even offering a 12-passenger van for the same price—and ultimately gave me a discount for all the trouble. Even though the manager in Gaithersburg handled the end of the situation well, I didn't leave with a vehicle until 5:40 PM. Terrible service and lack of organization from the Germantown location.

The Assistant Manager, Dominic sims, and Joseph conducted themselves in a professional, respectful, and courteous manner. I am not new to the Enterprise car rental company, as I have had previous experiences with their services; however, my experience this time was exceptional. I was particularly impressed by the professionalism, respect, and courteous manner demonstrated throughout the entire interaction.

I had a great experience at this enterprise last week. On my first day I met Joe who was professional, quick, and guided me through the whole rental process. The whole process was smooth. I was in and out of there within 20 minutes. On my return day, I was able to return my rental in an orderly fashion and the person I worked with, Vincent, was professional, courteous, and humble. Vincent assisted me in my transportation to pick up my own vehicle nearby. My overall experience here was a 5/5. The employees here definitely care and are willing to take that extra step to show that they do.

Grade A service! The guys treated me with 5 star treatment. Picked me up from the dealership nearby and dropped me off when my car was ready. Shout out to the intern Jason and the manager for the incredible service.
