  While I think there could have been more help in moving people through the line, the one or two young men waiting on customers were friendly and worked as quickly as possible. I would also like to suggest a better system to help them identify who is next in line. Perhaps have customers take a number so people with physical ailments don't have to stand in line, they can take a seat. It would also eliminate confusion of who's next for the customers. The car rented to me was clean, fully fueled and in very good condition. The payment process was fine - no complaints, no miscommunications.

  I've been a menber of Enterprise for the last 2 years and I can say with no hesitation that I truly love the experience. I always get premium service and always come back.

  I have been going to this place for about couple year, even though I had my doubts, but it was great because Sara was there. She was professional and knew exactly what I needed and if issues had occurred, she would take care it immediately. Lately, the last couple months, I have been noticing the downfall in getting a safe car. The car given, suddenly engine went dead in the middle of the highway going 70mph on 95, but thank God I didn't get in any accident and was able to get on the shoulder. The battery had completely died and the roadside assistance was a nightmare, wasting 6 hours on 95. Nolan was excellent in assisting me with this as it was getting really frustrating. Rented a car this past weekend and was given a car after it was cleaned out, but reeked with cigarette smell and tire was off. Had to go back and return the car, completely throwing me off my weekend schedule to NY and my rental was just sitting in my garage due to rental car place closing at 1pm. Went on Sunday with one day to travel back and forth on the same day to NY and was given a very special upgrade by Cece, the area director and offered to have adjustments made on my bill. I returned the car and had to call multiple times to get the bill adjusted correctly. Unfortunately I will no longer be going to Germantown location and will be taking my business to another location.

  This location is GREAT ! The staff is friendly very helpful and knowledgeable. Cece was phenomenal truly made my drop return fast & smooth. Also the gentleman at pick was great I can’t remember his name but he was great as well.

  What a terrible service. I reserved a full size SUV at this location which was confirmed however on my way to pick it up I was told over the phone that the car is no longer available. Messed all my plans last minute with so much inconvenience. Decided to stay away from Enterprise most importantly the Germantown MD location. Terrible!
