  I had to rent a car for a company trip. Unfortunately I had to pick up on a Sunday and they were the only ones open on Sunday. Luckily I reserved a few days before. The place was packed at 9:30am when I arrived and I had to wait until after 11am to get my car. But Phil took care of me very well for waiting. I appreciate the situation they were in, and sometimes you just have to wait. I would say 4-4.5 stars. Patrick was very attentive when I returned the car and I think it was a good experience overall. Thanks Enterprise!

  I had a great experience at Enterprise Germantown. Patrick was the absolute best. His level of customer service was so unexpected. He was very accomodating, patient, and knowledgable. He worked with me on the vehicle best suited for my needs, and was flexible when I wasnt exactly sure how long I would need it for. He helped me transfer my bags and carseats, and even drove us to my mechanic to pick up my car. Hands down the best experience Ive had with rentals. I'd recommend anyone that needs a rental to ask for him.

  I have gone to this location several times (I work locally) and each time the customer service has been great and I am usually in and out. Yesterday they were really busy and I had to wait for a bit as there seemed to be some issues with availability, but Dominic and Patrick came through. Even with the shortage issue, the phone ringing nonstop and some upset clients, they were extremely polite and professional, not only to me but also to some customers who felt it was okay to yell and be rude to customer service. Anywho, my props to Enterprise Germantown, Dominic and Patrick ;)

  While I think there could have been more help in moving people through the line, the one or two young men waiting on customers were friendly and worked as quickly as possible. I would also like to suggest a better system to help them identify who is next in line. Perhaps have customers take a number so people with physical ailments don't have to stand in line, they can take a seat. It would also eliminate confusion of who's next for the customers. The car rented to me was clean, fully fueled and in very good condition. The payment process was fine - no complaints, no miscommunications.
