    I placed an online order and paid for it to pickup. When it was ready and I went to the store, one customer service man was checking someone out, and at the counter where is says “Pick up”, the customer service woman was chitchatting with a customer. I waited. And waited. Then she said to the other worker what the customer was looking for. The other worker was finished with his customers so he asked a couple of questions to the customer in front of me. Now BOTH workers were helping one customer at the Pick up counter and I am waiting. Then the male worker starts to walk to show the customer a product in the store and the female worker starts to follow them!! I said, can someone help me, I am just picking up. So the woman then goes back behind the counter. I give her my photo ID and show her the email (all required for a pickup). She said oh I don’t need that, but she took my ID anyway. “What’s the name on the order,” she asked. I told her even though she was holding my ID. She looks at the computer and says, looks like someone picked it up for you. I said, no, I haven’t authorized anyone to pick it up and I have paid for it. She says, she’ll take care of it, then she walked in back and got my order. She put the items on the counter in front of me and tells me I’m all set and anything else? I said yes, my driver’s license (she still had it). Duh.
