  Mr. Tire has off shored it's appointment booking. So you wade through 15 minutes of dealing with someone overseas to "book you an appointment" before being sent to the local manager to ACTUALLY book the appointment because the person over seas has NO IDEA that the local store DOESN'T HAVE THE PRODUCT the over seas person just booked an appointment to have installed, so you start THE ENTIRE PROCESS AGAIN. I have ALWAYS gotten my tires from Mr. Tire, I WILL NEVER AGAIN. Also, not that I really cared, because of the convenience, but they were $100 MORE than their competitors, and would not price match.

  Went to Mr. Tire for wheel alignment and some other suspension needs. Sales lady was very Nice and Prompt. Technician did a GREAT job assessing the problems and gave great feedback about my car. Only thing was the price. Was expensive for my pockets. But My Sales Lady did give me a couple options for me. But at this time I had to decline But I definitely appreciate everything they done for me. 🫶🏽🫶🏽🫶🏽

  I called at 8:00 am and made an appointment for an oil change, tire rotation & brakes. I was given a time of 11:00 am to 1:00 pm. Upon arriving at 12:05 I was told they would not be able to take me because they were too busy. What is the point of making an appointment?

  The staff was generally courteous, and the pricing was reasonable, but the amount of time I lost during this visit was extremely disappointing. When I arrived for my scheduled appointment to drop off my car, it took more than 20 minutes just to get checked in, despite there being only one customer ahead of me. I was also told that a simple tire rotation would likely take about an hour, yet the service ultimately took more than 3½ hours to complete. What made the experience even more frustrating was the lack of communication and professionalism regarding the delay. After waiting 90 minutes, I called for an update and was abruptly told, “It’ll be ready by 5,” which was also their closing time. While I appreciate the competitive pricing, I value clear communication and respect for my time. Unfortunately, this experience fell short in both areas, and next time I may choose to pay more for a business that manages appointments and customer expectations more effectively.
