  Called Saturday to order tires was told that I must personally appear and pay. Did not understand but went Sunday and dropped rims off and paid in full. Monday about 1:30 they call and said my tires were ready. Arrived 5ish and they had not mounted tires and was told they would call me when ready. About 630 was called. Arrived next morning prior to opening time. At 735 when to an open door and a person said they would open shortly. When then open went in and was asking for explanation about invoice as I did not understand. We went over it and was not coming up with correct answer. When a woman came in he told her I had a question about bill. She grabbed it and said “I don’t have time for this”. I told her to just give me my invoice and tires. Which she did after 2nd request. Went to camper and installed tires and they bulged. Check air and the had 45 psi in a tire with manufacturer recommend 110psi. I will avoid this Mr Tore at all cost. When I got home and checked bill it was correct.

  I had a tire issue on the way home from work. Mr. Tire was just 2 miles away and I was able to drive there. I showed up 45 mins before closing and they happily took care of getting me 2 new front tires at an affordable price!

  I have been ordering tires from TireRack for more than 30 years, and starting a few years I have them sent to Mr. Tire for the installation. Mr. Tire always provides excellent and prompt service - including great 4 wheel aligments. And they are competitively priced as well.

  I had amazing customer service here! Both agents were knowledgeable, kind, and helpful. They were accommodating and worked to help me resolve the issues with my tires. I have a modified vehicle which meant more work for them because they couldn’t use the big life for my car. They put two people on it to speed up the process so I could get to my hospitalized son sooner. The only negative was the cost of the tires. I looked and they were slightly higher than some competitors, but the quicker turnaround and amazing customer service made me feel better about the price.

  I had a 9:00 appointment, showed up early but still didn’t leave until about 2:00. They didn’t start working on my car until after 10:30. Everytime I stepped outside to see if it was close to done the guys were sitting around smoking cigarettes. The front office lady told me to be patient when I asked for an estimated time to be done. She told me it was almost done and then another hour and a half passed. All I got done was tire installation and balancing.
