I have to give sincere thanks and props to Mr. So. He walked me through the entire process and helped me to understand my car’s issues; it was a friendly customer service experience at an honest price point. Looking forward to returning.

Profesional kind customer service. The price is better than Jiffy Lube! The work was done quickly and NO trying to sell you anything or upgrade anything! Most importantly, The only mechanics I’ve trusted for over a decade. As a single woman, this means a lot.

I've been a few times because the pricing seemed fair, but seems like there's always an issue after I leave. this time, it appears to be a costly one. i won't be returning.

My family and I have been going to Zimmerman‘s for years. I’ve recommended him and his shop to a number of friends and colleagues. He is always honest and always provides fair prices. He is definitely my go to maintenance shop.
