  I’ve been to many car dealerships, and I usually dread the experience. I always leave feeling drained and pressured to purchase something. But this experience was completely different! Thank you, Kevinth! You were amazing to work with — very knowledgeable, easy to talk to, and, most importantly, I never felt pressured at any point. We definitely plan to work with you again in the future when we’re looking for a work van. Hopefully, you won’t go anywhere else!   I just had a recall service done to my truck on Monday. I was concerned because I had a great deal of difficulty getting return calls to schedule the service and answer questions. By difficulty none of my calls were answered. I dropped the truck off Sunday night with some reservations. First thing Monday morning they confirmed they had it via text and email followed up by a call. They continued to keep me informed during the day and the truck was finished on time when promised. I must say my actual experience at the dealership with their service was very good. Everyone was helpful, courteous and the facility was clean and organized.

Everyone I dealt with was friendly, helpful, and responsive, and they took the time to answer my questions without making me feel rushed or pressured.   Came in for an oil change and one other service tha my Ford 150 truck needed. While waiting in the lounge area, I received a text with video showing how th truck looked overall. But I was informed of a leak in the oil pan that would require the truck to be there overnight and finished the next day. They got me a rental car & gave me a lift to the rental car place. After calling the next day to see when the truck would be done, I left a message and headed back to the dealership by 3:30-4 pm. I didn’t see that they called my cell ph & left a text message saying the car wouldn’t be ready for another day, after I had just turned in the car. When I got to the dealership, they said they’d finish up with the truck knowing I was waiting for it there. They did a great job in treating the customer with care, communicated the whole way through from start to finish and so kind and diligent! The truck runs great, sounds great and looks great! This is the only place I bring my truck for servicing!!!

  I recently bought a 2025 Ford Expedition Max Platinum here. While the Used Car Sales Manager ultimately stepped in to fix the situation, the path to getting a fair deal required fighting through a lack of dealer transparency and last-minute omissions. Be sure to double-check these three areas if you buy from this lot: Unfinished CPO Paperwork: The sales team assured me over the phone that this truck was a "Ford Blue Advantage Certified" vehicle, but their website listed it as an uncertified "Sheehy Value" car, and the CARFAX proved no CPO warranty was active. It turned out the service department had physically done the 139-point inspection when the car arrived, but the dealership never finalized the paperwork to officially activate the status or reflect it on the CARFAX. I had to aggressively push the manager to get them to pull the internal shop records and prove the vehicle was actually inspected. The "Last-Second" Key Omission: Nobody disclosed that this $60K+ luxury SUV only came with one key fob. They completely hid this fact through hours of phone calls and paperwork signing. They only dropped the bomb that a key was missing as I was physically walking out the door with the vehicle. Cheap Aftermarket Cost-Cutting: After agreeing to fix the missing key issue, they tried to send a cheap, third-party mobile locksmith to my house to program a generic, non-OEM aftermarket key fob. On a top-tier Platinum trim that relies on proximity sensors, aftermarket keys frequently fail or glitch. The Verdict: I had to threaten to use their 5-day/300-mile return policy just to get them to do the right thing. They finally backed down and issued a corporate "We Owe" form so I could get a real factory OEM Ford key programmed safely at my local Virginia Sheehy dealer. The Used Car Manager eventually made things right, but the sales department lacks transparency. Check the CARFAX yourself, get proof of your inspection paperwork upfront, and do not trust verbal promises on vehicle certification.
