  Never in my life did I think I'd be giving a 5 star review to a car dealership of all places, but it's deserved. I live 300+ miles away and have spent the last 2 months shopping around for an f150 lightning, comparing prices, trims, trade in quotes etc. I made the trip here after agreeing on a fair price for the truck with the salesman Kenny Martinez. Young guy, but handled the transaction like an old pro. Spent a grand total of 3 hours start to finish including test drive, charging, financing, and trade in. Couldn't be happier with how it turned out, and if car dealerships still exist by the time I need my next truck I'll happily return. In general I find dealerships to be a massive time sink with unprofessional people looking to nickel and dime you on everything while employing low level physiological tactics.... not this experience. 10/10 could not be happier

  I had a great experience at this dealership. Axel helped me with my Ford purchase, and he was very professional, helpful, and easy to work with. I had visited this dealership before, and Axel had helped me at that time as well. Because of his great attitude, follow-up, and the way he treated me, I decided to come back and purchase my vehicle from this dealership. He made the process smooth and answered my questions clearly. I really appreciate his help and would definitely recommend him to anyone looking to buy a vehicle.

  I have owned three consecutive new Fords since 2002, the last two of which have been purchased at Sheehy Ford as it is fairly close to where I live. I wish I could say over those years that I was really happy or had great experiences, but it's just never the case. Took my Mach-E (ev) there last week for a 30K service. As usual, customer service is lacking and everything is just "meh". That's the best I can describe and if I could give 2.5 that would be my rating, but I'm being nice and rounding up.

  This place is not a place to take your car, to do oil change or anything. I think the staff there are probably new. The mechanic there lost my wheel lock and over turn the lock of there car when I when back there to show them, they denied. I gave them another chance this time. I told them will I have a transportation back home and pick me back up yes. When it was time to pick up my car, I kept calling and called told them please I have to pick up my daughter to school. I had to call my wife to get a lift for me. Told them that they telling me we send lift but there was no show. Usually lift send you a notification on your phone or call. I did not want to argue. They need to work on it.

  Here’s a cleaned-up version of your review: The worst dealership service I have ever experienced. I bought this car in 2024, and around September 2025 it started having problems. I took it in for service, and they told me everything was fine. Then in January 2026, my car completely stopped moving. They called me and said the entire transmission needed to be replaced. I agreed, but first they messed up my warranty, so be very careful with that. Second, it took them 3 months to get my car back to me. I have two kids, and during that entire time there was never a loaner vehicle or rental available. Three months after the transmission replacement, I found what appeared to be an oil leak under my car. I took it back in, and they told me there was no leak. Do you really think that’s true? Just look at the pictures. Their customer service is terrible. They don’t want to help, and the staff is very unprofessional. I constantly had to speak with a manager just to get anything done. Overall, this has been a very frustrating experience, and I would not recommend this dealership.
