This is my 3rd purchase at Sheehy Ford of Gaithersburg over the years. I can't thank Roxana Soriano enough for the fantastic service! I was searching for a new vehicle, and she went above and beyond to source it for me. The entire process was professional, efficient, transparent and enjoyable. Roxana was attentive to my needs and kept me informed every step of the way. Highly recommend asking for Roxana Soriano if you are in the market for a new car.
Thank you Roxana S. for all your help and dedication.

I was not satisfied with my experience this time. I requested the works fluids were not topped off I requested a car wash
the exterior of my explorer was still dirty, . My service advisor was more concerned about getting me the 60,000 miles service which I was not ready for . My oil change was just approaching 58,000 miles, A CV boot was replaced which took an extra day pleading with the manager regarding the necessity of needing my vehicle urgently. The only reason why I gave 2 stars .☹️ not happy . I I

Our experience with Sheehy Ford Lincoln of Gaithersburg was exceptional from beginning to end. From the moment we walked in, my husband and I were treated like valued guests, not just customers. We were shopping for a reliable used car for our college-aged daughter, and what could have been a stressful and overwhelming process turned into a smooth, enjoyable, and genuinely memorable experience.
The entire team went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable, informed, and confident throughout every step of the purchase. The level of professionalism, attentiveness, and customer care we received was truly outstanding. Greg Waddell, the General Manager, set the tone for an incredibly welcoming and customer-focused environment, and that same commitment to excellence was reflected across the entire dealership.
Mike Zeller and Dave Lewald were knowledgeable, patient, and incredibly helpful during the sales process, taking the time to answer every question without pressure or gimmicks. The Service Department was equally impressive, with Sean Wilner and the rest of the team demonstrating the same dedication, responsiveness, and genuine care for their customers.
What stood out most was how effortless they made everything feel. There was no stress, no confusion, and no feeling of being rushed — just honest communication, transparency, and a team that clearly takes pride in delivering an outstanding customer experience.
We wholeheartedly recommend Sheehy Ford Lincoln of Gaithersburg to anyone in the market for a new or used vehicle. Their service is truly top-tier, and after this experience, we can confidently say they’ve earned customers for life. Don’t waste your time going anywhere else.

The main display turned on and told me to go directly to the dealership for service and not to drive above 20 miles per hour. I was 50 miles away and this was quite disconcerting. I managed to get my vehicle to the dealership and was told that no one could look at the vehicle until the next day. I was offered a rental car which I accepted for a quoted cost of approximately $60.00 per day. I did not hear back the next day and when I called, I was told that on one had looked at the vehicle and it would not be seen by a service tech until Monday. On Monday I called back and was told that the vehicle was being examined but nothing had been diagnosed. I called on Tuesday and was told that the problem had been identified and the parts were ordered. I call on Wednesday and was told that I would be able to get my vehicle back on Thursday. I was contacted on Thursday and was told I would have to pay for some of the rental car. I told my service representative that was unacceptable. When I picked up the vehicle the entire rental costs were waived and the repairs were covered under warranty. The entire process took too long and if I had not initiated most of the contact I would not have heard from the dealer at all. Not a stellar performance. Rachelleah Gallant

I came across a listing for a specific F-150 Lightning Platinum at Sheehy Gaithersburg and reached out. Big Merc responded, sent me a personal video of the truck, and we went back and forth on numbers for several days. I was upfront with him about exactly what I was looking for and wanted to make sure we were in the same ballpark before making the trip. He knew exactly where I stood.
We settled on a Saturday visit. I was flexible, transparent, and communicative the entire time. I told this salesperson point blank: do not waste my time. He did exactly that.
The Bait and Switch:
At 11:58 AM he texts me that "another salesperson is out on a test drive" with the Lightning. I was already on my way, 10 minutes out, after a nearly 2 hour drive with traffic and my family in the car. I told him to make sure the truck was available when I arrived. At 12:04 PM, he texts back: "Sorry, the customer is buying it."
Here's what sealed it for me: when I got to the dealership, I approached the new owner directly. He told me he had signed 10 minutes ago. That means the deal was already done before Big Merc ever sent me that 12:04 text. He let me drive out there with my family knowing full well the truck was gone. That's not a miscommunication, that's deliberate.
To be clear, I have zero issue with the new owner. I congratulated him and walked away. He did nothing wrong. This is entirely on Big Merc and this dealership.
The Cowardly Finish:
Rather than face me like a professional, Big Merc walked away and sent his manager to deal with the mess he created. The manager was cold and dismissive: "We don't hold cars, no deposits, first come first serve." Nothing on their website states that policy, and Big Merc never once mentioned it during our days of communication.
Bottom Line:
I believe everything happens for a reason, and honestly, I'm not even mad about losing the truck. I ended up finding a better one elsewhere. What I am mad about is the dishonesty, the wasted trip, and the complete lack of professionalism from both the salesperson and management. Sheehy already has a bad reputation and this visit confirmed every bit of it. Do yourself a favor and take your business elsewhere.
