I had an excellent experience at NTB when I had all four of my tires replaced. Mark provided outstanding customer service from start to finish. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain my tire options without making me feel pressured.
As part of the service, Mark also inspected my brakes and let me know that while they were still okay, they may need to be replaced in the near future. I really appreciated him taking the time to check them and keeping me informed without trying to sell me something I didn't immediately need. That honesty and attention to detail gave me confidence that my vehicle was being well cared for.
The entire process was smooth, efficient, and completed on time. I left knowing my new tires were installed properly and with a better understanding of my vehicle's maintenance needs. I highly recommend NTB, and especially Mark, for anyone looking for professional, honest, and reliable service.

Great experience at NTB! I came in on Friday before a holiday weekend after damaging a tire, and the staff was able to fit me in despite it being 110° outside. They took the time to inspect the tire, measure the tread depth, and explain my options without pressuring me into additional services. My vehicle is still pending pickup, but based on the service so far, I don’t foresee any issues. I really appreciate them getting me back on the road so quickly.

I went to the NTB on Woodfiekd Road in Gaithersburg MD for some tires. I looked on a lot of websites for tire prices and NTB had the best value. Had my wife and daughter go and Mark immediately made them feel at ease. We needed a couple other things like lugnuts but we're prepared for the additional cost. We were promised the car back at a time and it was ready at that time. At pickup Mark explained the work that was done and the additional items they found at checkout. Great overall experience.

I sincerely want to thank Mark at NTB for his exceptional service. I visited the shop to have a tire plug inserted after noticing a small nail in my tire. During the inspection, Mark discovered two nails embedded in my tire, which I had not seen. He advised me that, rather than just plugging the tire, it would be safer to replace it altogether. Mark expertly replaced the damaged tire with a new one, ensuring it was properly mounted and balanced. Thanks to his efficient work, I was back on the road in less than an hour. If you are in the Gaithersburg area and need professional tire service or assistance, I highly recommend asking for Mark at NTB.

Don't come here! I don't understand how there are such good reviews on Google, but on Yelp they have bad reviews. I brought my car here based on Google reviews. Big mistake, I got an alignment and four new tires. I only got the tires because it was easier, but their prices are at least 20% higher than the competitors. I had to bring my car back several times because of a tire sensor issue. I was told that my sensors were "sensitive", I've had this car for 5 years, bought it brand new. I never had "sensitive" issues. After my wheels were installed, I asked if they checked the bolts, joints, and wheel structure, because something was loose and my car wasn't handling the same. Then said if it's an issue, take it to the dealership (that's what Mo said). However, they could have easily fixed the issue. And when my car was done, I went back in and asked Mark the manager if they checked it, he said "they always check when they work on the car". The tech who worked on my car scoffed and said "I ain't mess up no tires". I left and went to another mechanic. Turns out my wheel was literally about to fall off!!! THEY DIDN'T TIGHTEN THE BOLTS! My new mechanic told me, they shouldn't have left your car like that, it is very dangerous. He said the manager should have checked it when you complained about it, don't take your car there ever again. Not only does this place overcharge, but they also don't do thorough work, and the customer is only satisfied due to ignorance. I brought my car back and complained more than once, all I got was "take it to the dealership" and "we checked it". I guess if a was a personally owned shop, someone would care more - but they all get paid regardless.
