There is a waiting room with beverages and a TV while you wait. It took about 20 minutes and je quickly returned with an estimate. It was a fair estimate that included an inspection from a mechanic. I have shared my experience with others that may be interested in selling a vehicle. I will return.

If your loan balance is higher than our offer, the difference is called negative equity. If you still owe money, we will obtain a 14-day payoff and pay you the difference in the positive equity check you will receive immediately. If there is negative equity, you will be responsible for covering it via check, cash, or credit card.
