No, due to fraud prevention measures, our company checks are non-cashable and must be deposited into your bank account.

We issue all checks through Capital Bank. You can deposit the check at any bank, but Capital Bank branch locations include:

If your loan balance is higher than our offer, the difference is called negative equity. If you still owe money, we will obtain a 14-day payoff and pay you the difference in the positive equity check you will receive immediately. If there is negative equity, you will be responsible for covering it via check, cash, or credit card.

If your car’s payoff amount is higher than the offer, you will need to cover the difference. You can do this via check, cash, or credit card. We will assist you in processing the payment to ensure a smooth transaction.

Do I need an appointment to sell my car?
You don't need to schedule an appointment to appraise the vehicle at our office. However, if you would like us to come out to you, yes, you will need to schedule an appointment at least a day before.
What documents do I need to sell my car?
You will need:
• Car title or payoff information
• Valid or expired vehicle registration
• Valid, not expired, government-issued photo ID
• All sets of keys and remotes
• Any items that came with the vehicle, such as owner's manuals and lug nuts
How can I sell a vehicle on someone else's behalf?
You will need a notarized Power of Attorney (POA). Call our office for more details on the required documents and process.
