  Freaking horrible service, wouldn’t recommend dealing with these guys. Made me waste my time, tried to upsell me some tires with some bs excuse, and didn’t even got my service done. I would recommend them not assuming their customers don’t know anything about how cars work. If there was anything lower than a star I would select that.

  We’re been waiting more than 2 hours and they never fix our tire and more people was there waiting to be attended and they have a lot of workers they was just talking each others and using the phone

  My visit was on 7/24/26 but I spoke to Asst Mgr Randy over the phone a couple of days before my visit, who helped me choose the tires I needed. He was very nice and patient (Thank you Randy!). On the day of my visit I met Stu, the store Mgr. He too was kind. He explained Road Hazard coverage bc I didn't get expensive tires. I appreciate your help Stu & your customer service. I passed several Mr. Tires to get to this one but a friend suggested this store bc of the quality service and customer service. I will return 😊

  Borderline scam. I was told to wait 1-1.5 hour. 3.5 hours later they were unable to change freaking tires because the security nut “became faulty” and “who worked on this?”. It was you! The nut removal guy leaves at 3 so I was told to leave the car and go the next morning or take it with 3 new wheels and go back the next morning. I wasn’t even told that until I got furious from all the waiting. I wish I was going somewhere else, don’t fall for them. Stay AWAY. *edit. Had to also go the next morning. Spent 2 hours for one wheel and alignment. Took the car. There was traffic so didn’t have the chance to experience the car. Next day hit 60mph and the car started shaking like a washing machine. I’m going to have to take it somewhere where professionals work. Did I mention they messed up my rear right rim paint from trying to remove the bolts?

  I called had an appt for 1030 once I got there they told me I had to drop it off due to shortage of staff. The call center sent the appt up and told me the price of $58 with a free tire rotation. The call center asked me the car info . Approx 2.5 hrs later .Then I was told it would $156.00 . They gave me a $20 discount that was all . Plus the music coming out of bay areas profanity. You can hear it across the Street very loud very unprofessional
