  I had such a wonderful experience at Mr. Tire, and I especially want to recognize Stu for his outstanding customer service. I came in with my 2-year-old, and Stu truly went above and beyond to make our visit as comfortable as possible. He offered my son a cupcake and a cold bottle of water, and even turned on cartoons to keep him entertained while we waited. It’s rare to find someone who is not only professional but also so thoughtful and kind. Small gestures like these made a stressful situation so much easier, and it showed that he genuinely cares about his customers. Thank you, Stu, for making our visit such a positive experience. Mr. Tire is lucky to have you!

  The store manager helping me out , Stu , was awesome. He was short staffed and busy , and didn't hesitate to take his time with me as a customer to walk me through everything. I absolutely plan to come back here for anything I need , due to his customer service.

  Good morning and thank you for asking for the feedback to start with when I walked into the store. The personnel seem to be bothered not proactively asking what I needed. The service was extremely poor no courtesy no information. I had an emergency with my battery. Your portable charger did not work, so I had to use my personal. I asked him about tires. They had none in stock. They didn’t know the merchandise whatsoever so I provided the details on my tires and my vehicle. All they did went online didn’t offer me no financial options. I had to look around the store with all the advertisement you have around. Went ahead and and proceeded that way. To be very honest before Covid, the person you had in that store was very helpful very knowledgeable, empathetic and took care of your customers. It is very disappointing to see that Mr Tire is not up to its standards anymore.

  Had a coupon for a $99 oil change got there and was told my V6 engine took too much oil for the coupon and it would be $180. I also asked if they would check my brakes and quote me for 2 new tires. While waiting for the car to be done I walked next door to Airpark auto car and and asked how much they charge. Without saying I was having it done next door. They quoted me $95. Basically got ripped off on the price. And hour and a half later my oil change was done. And they forgot to do the quote for my tires and and didn’t check my brakes.
