  Ignacio Rada was humorous, friendly, and very responsible throughout the whole process. He made everything feel much less stressful and always kept a positive attitude. Yousuf Alqadhi did an excellent job handling all the paperwork and helping resolve the interest-related issues. He was patient, knowledgeable, and very professional. Denis Martinez brought a lot of experience to the team and made the entire process smooth and efficient. You can tell they truly know what they’re doing. Overall, the entire team was professional, helpful, and easy to work with. Highly recommend!

  I was recently in to purchase a vehicle I had originally found online. As a repeat customer, I felt at ease walking through the door. Bagrat welcomed my fiance and I and from test drive to the drive off made our experience pleasurable and pain-free. Eduard helped tag in to help a busy Bagrat and effortlessly achieved what we were looking for price wise. I can’t say enough great things about our experience

  Do not buy or lease a vehicle from King VW. They sold me an extended warranty on my Passat. I was going from leasing to owning my vehicle. They checked the wrong box on the Vehicle Service Contract. The warranty I purchased was supposed to be 85,000 miles beginning at the point I purchased the vehicle when it had 40,000 miles on it. They should have selected “Out of Warranty” which would have measured the plan expiration from the agreement purchase date and the odometer reading at that time. Instead they selected “In Warranty” which measures the plan expiration from the Original In-Service Date of the vehicle when it had zero miles. I pointed this out at the time of purchase but they insisted I was mistaken. They lied. So in effect I bought and I am still paying for 85,000 miles of coverage but only received 45,000 miles of coverage. The first 40,000 miles I paid for had already occurred at the time of purchase. I contacted the dealership by phone, met with them in person, contacted VW corporate. They admitted a mistake was made, said it had happened to others too. Said the person who sold the warranty had been fired. But sorry nothing more we can do. No way to adjust the terms of the contract. No way to get a refund. Absolutely awful. Do not trust these people.

  Best car buying experience I’ve ever had thanks to Emmanuel. Over the last 30 years I’ve never had a better experience with a car salesman. This is my 17th automobile I have purchased in 30 years and I now would rather buy from Emmanuel at King than anyone else. Never met him before last week, but hope to purchase every car from him going forward. If you test drive at King, ask for Emmanuel and you will see why I say this.

  One star or less...I drove 1 and a 1/2 hours to test drive a vehicle and could not make a deal over a $500 difference. The next day, they accepted the deal. I called them to let them know I agreed and would be driving back and they could start the paperwork. They waited till I got there to assign someone to me and start the paperwork process. Went through all the paperwork signing and found out that there was not a second key to the vehicle and asked if they could help me with that. I was told they had already given me the best deal and that they could not do anything about it, including helping me to make the cost less through them. I was told that tags/title work would be received around 45 days. Called MVA on 30th day to find out that the dealership had not submitted anything yet. I would not suggest King Volkswagon to anyone because I did not feel like they listened to the customer, they were very disorganized, and do not tell the truth when it comes to buying a vehicle.
