The sales rep we had misrepresented the value of our trade-in and doubled down when called out on it. He also misspelled my name on the paperwork and told me it was fine when I pointed it out. Props to the finance guy for correcting my name and explaining the details of the trade-in. I am happy with the vehicle I purchased, but I would recommend the dealership spend more time selecting and training their sales associates.

Terrence and Jayson made my first time car buying best experience. They all are very friendly very flexible and made me feel so confident about my purchase. I would recommend them to everyone who wants to work with people who actually care. Thank you VW King, Terrence and Jayson for all you did for me and my new baby 🤭💕

I was searching for a reliable, clean used vehicle for my daughter and did a fairly exhaustive search over a 3 week period. Ultimately found an amazing 2019 VW Tiguan with very low mileage. The car was in showroom condition and was very well cared for. I think this dealership probably could have charged more than they were asking in light of the fact that I saw similar priced models at other dealerships with 40-50k more miles and not in as good a shape. I worked with Ben Ramirez and he was extremely helpful and respectful to work with. He made the process very seamless for which I am grateful. I drove up the next day to purchase the vehicle with my daughter and her mom and arrived to a car sitting at the entrance with an enormous pink bow on the hood. This was a very nice touch and one that I truly appreciate in light of it being for our daughter. Class act, thank you Ben! My only disappointment is that the dealership is further from my home in Va, otherwise I would absolutely use them to service the vehicle. Top notch - very satisfied customer!

We had an outstanding experience purchasing our Toyota Tacoma, thanks to Ben Cautin. From start to finish, he was honest, straightforward, and genuinely committed to helping us purchase our vehicle without ever making us feel pressured. He knew so much about the car and patiently answered all our questions, made the entire process smooth and stress-free, and worked with us to reach a price we felt good about. He also took the time to share the family history of the dealership, which gave us an even greater appreciation for the business and its commitment to customers. He even had the car detailed for us before we came back to finalize the paperwork the next day. When we arrived, he had it showcased with a huge yellow bow, which was such a thoughtful and memorable surprise! His professionalism and personal attention made a lasting impression. We would gladly recommend Ben to anyone looking for a vehicle and would be grateful to work with him again!
