  This was my first time coming here, and I had a very positive experience. The customer service team was kind, patient, and professional throughout the entire process. They explained my car issues clearly and kept me updated while making sure my needs were met. I came in for tire installation with TPMS service, battery replacement, and wheel alignment. I appreciated that they communicated with me first about the alignment results and total cost before moving forward, which helped me make my decision carefully and confidently. After the repairs, my car drives very smoothly. I especially want to thank Malachi Lansdowne for being understanding, professional, patient, and communicative throughout the process. I was pleasantly surprised and impressed by his willingness to learn some basic sign language and make the effort to communicate effectively with customers. That level of care and openness meant a lot to me. I was also impressed by how knowledgeable he was when answering my questions about my car, warranties, and future coverage options. Since this was my first visit, I had several questions, and he took the time to explain everything thoroughly and make sure I felt comfortable and informed. I was also impressed with the technicians and manager for working together to take care of my car while I waited. I truly appreciate how well the team took care of me. Thank you again to Malachi Lansdowne and the entire team for such a positive experience!

  Great experience taking in a flat truck tire for repair. Malachi took great care of me. Took the tire into the shop right away, replaced the spare with the repaired tire, put the spare back in place and I was good to go in no time at all. Definitely recommend this shop.

  One of the only shops in the Gaithersburg area that has an in-ground lift. Brought my lowered Subaru and BMW and they were able to align both of them, no problem. Special thanks to Cori who helped me out throughout the process.

  I had a good experience at Goodyear. I went in to get all four tires changed, and even though it took a little longer than expected, it was still fine. Malachi was helpful and kept me updated on my car, which I appreciated. Overall, good service.

  Excellent, fair-priced, and fast oil change service. I was able to book an appointment the day of and they were able to take my car the moment i parked it. Definitely recommend.
