  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had an excellent experience at Goodyear Auto Service. Alexandra provided outstanding customer service. She was very professional, friendly, respectful, and helpful throughout the entire process. She took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I was well taken care of. I truly appreciate Alexandra professionalism and excellent service.   Cori is a superstar of that location! Cori assisted from the phone call to completed services. Very patient, polite, attentive to details. He is the role model of a service rep! Thank you all technicians of the GoodYear location who helped!

  I had a great experience, I brought my car in for a regular preventative maintenance and the mechanic (Technician) did a fantastic job. And Alexandra the manager is always very helpful and transparent in recommending other car issues if really needed.

  Had a wonderful experience and will definitely be back! Yesterday, I called the office to get an idea of how long tire installation and wheel alignment would take. Cori was so helpful and patient walking me through what to expect and letting me know that the discounts offered through the online booking were going to be better than what he could offer over the phone. He let me know that the tires were not in stock but if the appointment was showing as available then they would be delivered in the morning and he was right. I dropped my Ford Explorer off for 4 new tires and a wheel alignment and it was ready for pickup in an hour! Alexandra called and kept me updated on the progress and shared other things they identified to keep an eye on. She was very kind and thorough. As soon as I walked into the office, she had my paperwork ready for signature and the key in hand. Thank you for providing such high quality, efficient service! You have a really great team running that location and should be extremely proud.
