  I had a great experience at this Goodyear Auto Service location. I came in for an oil change and tire rotation and was able to use a coupon, which made the visit an even better value. Alexandra provided outstanding customer service from start to finish. She was friendly, professional, and we had a great conversation about my car's condition while I was checking in. As I was leaving, we wished each other a great long holiday weekend, which was a nice personal touch. She clearly explained the services that were performed, reviewed the recommended maintenance items without any pressure, and never tried to upsell unnecessary work. I really appreciated the transparent communication about both the recommended services and the pricing. It's refreshing to find an auto shop that's honest, straightforward, and focused on taking care of its customers. I'll definitely be back for future maintenance and would recommend this location to anyone looking for trustworthy service.

  Very welcoming and they took right the way the car to check. The car tire had a nail and was just flat. They offered cold water and coffee in the waiting room which were very good with this tremendous heat. Definitely recommend their Services Thank you again

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5 Stars I had an excellent experience at Goodyear Auto Service and wanted to recognize both Alexander and Brandon for their outstanding customer service. From the moment I walked in, Alexander was professional, friendly, and incredibly helpful. She made me feel welcomed and valued as a customer. What impressed me the most was her dedication and willingness to help. I accidentally arrived after the store had already closed, but instead of turning me away, she personally came outside, took the time to speak with me, brought me in, and helped me get everything scheduled. That level of customer care and professionalism is rare to find these days. Brandon was equally impressive. I had questions about how tire punctures are repaired, and instead of giving me a quick explanation, he took the time to show me the actual repair equipment and explain how the process works. He was knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely interested in making sure I understood everything. Together, Alexander and Brandon created an experience that went far beyond what I expected. They were professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and truly cared about helping their customers. It is clear that they take pride in their work and in providing excellent service. Because of employees like Alexander and Brandon, I will definitely return to this location for future service needs and will gladly recommend it to others. Thank you both for going the extra mile and providing such an outstanding customer experience.

  This Goodyear has really nice, very informative employees. Buying four new tires is never something I want to have to do, but they made the experience enjoyable, quick, and completely painless. I highly recommend!
