  Called to complain. Was told someone would get back to me only not to hear from anyone. Had to drive a very uncomfortable car for a week. Not Happy .... Sore.

  I had an outstanding experience at Enterprise Rent-A-Car located at 446 N Frederick Ave, Gaithersburg, MD. As a newer driver, I was a little nervous about the rental process, but the team made the entire experience smooth, comfortable, and stress-free from beginning to end. One of the things I appreciated most was the complimentary pickup service. Richard was professional, friendly, and punctual when picking me up and driving me to the branch. That level of convenience and customer care immediately set a positive tone for the experience. Once I arrived, Nolan, Jonathan, and Yakeem (please forgive me if I misspelled anyone's name) provided exceptional customer service. They were welcoming, patient, knowledgeable, and took the time to ensure I felt comfortable throughout the process. As a newer driver, I especially appreciated their willingness to answer questions and provide guidance without making me feel rushed. I was also given a thorough walkthrough of the vehicle before leaving the branch. The team carefully explained the car's features and operation, which helped build my confidence and ensured I was comfortable before driving away. During the rental period, they remained accessible by text and were quick to answer any questions I had, which was incredibly reassuring. What truly stood out was their attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction. It's often the little things that make the biggest difference, and this team consistently went above and beyond to provide a seamless experience.   I recently visited the Gaithersburg office, and I would like to commend the team for their outstanding service. I was genuinely impressed by the high level of courtesy and professionalism demonstrated by the staff. The office environment was clean, well-organized, and welcoming, with ample seating and natural light that made the waiting experience comfortable. In particular, the agent who assisted me was extremely attentive and took the time to thoroughly address all my questions while handing over the vehicle.
