  Great service. Rick, Adam on front desk are really helpful and honest. Came with concern for the front brakes and was expecting to be told needed new pad and/or rotors Adam called and informed me that brakes are in good condition and does not need to be replace however identified other issue which may be causing my concern. I have been long time client and get to know Rick and Adam over the time. Thank you Rick and Adam….

  Probably the most pleasant experience I've ever had at a tire shop. I came in for a slow leak and a tire rotation. Tim and team couldn't find anything wrong after checking everything. He was very communicative and I walked out with essentially a free tire rotation and a Lyft ride back to the shop from work. This place exceeded my expectations and I will most likely come back again.

  Had the TPMS issue on my Ford Focus RS taken care of, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. The job was done perfectly, and everything is working exactly as it should. The staff was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain the process and answer my questions. On top of that, everyone was very kind, courteous, and made me feel valued as a customer. It’s not always easy to find a shop that combines technical expertise with great customer service, but they definitely do. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for honest, reliable, and high-quality automotive service. I’ll definitely be returning for future work on my RS.

  I have gone to various repair shops in the Gaithersburg area and this is the first place to actually perform a repair at a great price and not try to up sale me in other items that I don't need. What I loved here was the speed of the repairs and how friendly the workers were. Even better then that was the warranty they gave me on the tires. Long story short for an additional $50 they will fully replace my new tire if it is damaged in any form for the next 2 years. Oh and before I forget, when I took my car here I explained to them that I needed my car back ASAP because I had to be at a meetimg in the next hour. The manager then told me that they offer every customer free complimentary UBER or LYFT services to and from the destination you need to go to. Then once your repair has been completed they call you to get you picked up and taken back to their repair shop to pick up your vehicle. Now, I know that this may not mean much to some people, but to me, this was an absolutely amazing free service that they provide each customer. It really doesn't get any better then that in my opinion. So, if your looking for a professional repair shop that has great pricing, friendly customer service, and performs your repairs in a timely manner then this is the place you want to take your car. I have told them repeatedly and now I am telling all of you, they have not only earned my gratitude, but they have now earned my business for life.
