  It’s so rare to be happy with the service done on a car in the Rockville area. Dealerships are at $300 an hour for tech’s I truly don’t believe they know what they’re doing. Sorry, I’m a bit skeptical about paying for service on a vehicle. I’ve gone to this location several times and after redoing the suspension on my car in the driveway. I realize there were a few components that I was not able to replace with the restrictions of working on my back in the driveway. The staff at the front desk was warm and welcoming, and more than considerate of my requests to review my work. They agreed that the part I was unable to replace in the driveway needed to be addressed. Since my office is walking distance, I went by at lunchtime and I could see they were having a bit of difficulty. Knowing what I had to attempt on my back, I can understand. They completed the work in a timely fashion, and when they presented me with the bill, it was more than fair. They definitely are a business that looks for repeat customers, and not trying to take advantage of clients like several dealers and repair shops in the area.

  I brought my car in today for a wheel alignment, and I had an excellent experience. The staff was very professional, respectful, and friendly. They did a great job, and I’m very satisfied with the service. I highly recommend Bay Area Point S Tire & Auto Service!

  Tim was super helpful. Got both our vehicles done with service in the same day. Staff is super friendly and very transparent. Will definitely be back! Thanks guys

  Excellent service and great customer care — Rick was very prompt and courteous— no upselling or unnecessary work, contrary to so many other places. Was told by the dealership that the brake pads needed to be replaced but they confirmed they are still working well. Change of tires and alignment were performed quickly and at a very reasonable price.

  This is my Third time at Bay Area I love going there. These guys are so cool and wonderful. They are always have a great conversation for you. Then the other customers come in and we start a conversation and the whole thing it’s just great going there. I have recommended them to several of my friends so it’s definitely a five star six star seven star 10 star it’s great.
