  Customer service is Bad, simply bad as if counter person is doing you a favor by waiting on you , unreal , lousy service,

  We bought these brake pads for my car and they were not the right ones I understand that it was part of my fault too, so I came to change them for and the "MANAGER" I feel that he was very unprofessional to tell me that he could not change them because they were discontinued for 3 years, I showed him the purchase receipt, to which he proceeds to leave me talking alone and attend in another box! My question is, if they are discontinued 3 years ago, what do they sell them for? So what do I do? A soup with the discontinuous pads? 🤔🤔 This is funny, I know you won't care and I'll lose my money, congratulations to your best employee of the year 😘

  Tony is confrontational and difficult to deal with. I called about a battery to see if they could do it because ive gone there in the past. I explained this. Told me he needed to see my vehicle first before he could give me any info. I kindly tried to confirm if he atleast had the battery, again same response. As if i was wasting his time. I asked why he was so standoffish, if he was having one if those days and the cry baby hung up on me. Last time was quick and easy. I was broke down and called. Got towed there, easy fix. Replace Tony. Go back to good service !!!! After the visit: When i arrived Tony was right there. Ill admit I said to Tony, now that were in person would you still show me the same disrespect, after that he tried kicking me out. Tony has an ego problem. Worst thing is he's a coward in person. Luckily Marco saved the day. Took the couple hundred dollars Tony was about to cost the company and changed my battery. Marcos a better employee then Tony and I hope his position and pay reflects that. Tony is emotional like my wife. He ruined my mood for half the day, like my wife. Lol avoid Tony !!!! Shame on Auto Zone for keeping someone that treats people like that. I was only calling out of courtesy. I didnt have to do all that. Its Autozone.

  Eric was amazing. Made the process of testing and changing my car battery super easy. , he was super helpful and even told me I had warranty on my battery!! 10/10 service !
