- NFNicki FrazerAug 23, 20261.0Terrible Customer Service I purchased a car battery and brought the old one back for a credit, only to be told by the employee that he couldn’t process it because they didn’t have any gift cards available. I came back three more times, and each time I was given the same excuse. When I finally asked when they expected to have them, his response was basically, “I don’t know, just go to another location.” The attitude was extremely rude and completely unhelpful. Meanwhile, I was repeatedly lugging a heavy car battery in and out of the store every time I came back, and he showed absolutely no concern or interest in helping resolve the issue. If your location can’t process a customer’s credit, the least you can do is provide a reasonable solution instead of sending them somewhere else after making them come back multiple times. Very frustrating experience and very poor customer service.

They all took care of customers very quickly and acknowledged everyone that came into to the store. I was looking for a windshield wiper fluid and the employee checked the back with zero complaints. It was great! I’m glad I came to this location and will definitely be back. Thank you for being so welcoming!

I was ignored while Spanish-speaking and customers of Hispanic ethnicity received prompt, friendly service. I left feeling disrespected and unwelcome. Equal customer service shouldn't depend on what language you speak or if you are of the same ethnicity as the staff that's working there. I will never return to this location.

What are the signs of a bad car battery?
Signs of a bad car battery can range from the need for frequent jump starts, slow to start, cranks or clicks but won't start, dash lights work but the vehicle won't start, etc.
How much does a car battery cost?
A traditional lead/acid car battery can range between $60-$120. The difference in cost comes from a variety of things, like the size of the vehicle or any special requirements needed from the battery, i.e. an increased resistant to cold or hot climates. Brakes work by using friction to turn kinetic energy into heat. There are two designs: drum brakes (older), and disc brakes (newer). Both use hydraulic pressure to move a piston outward. In disc brakes, the piston is located inside a caliper that houses brake pads and fits over the rotor. The friction lining on the pads makes contact with the rotor to slow the vehicle. In drum brakes, the piston moves two curved shoes lined with friction material against the inside of the brake drum.
