LIbdsay went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of and kept me informed throughout the process. The technician, Ashley, was also courteous, professional, and provided excellent service. It’s refreshing to receive this level of customer service and professionalism. Thank you, Lindsay and Ashley, for making my experience such a positive one. I highly recommend this location to anyone looking for honest, courteous, and outstanding automotive service!

- ALAngela LasterJul 18, 20261.0I had a terrible experience with the Fort Washington location between July 16 and July 18. My scheduled appointment was canceled without any notification, and communication was completely lacking. Worst of all, they claimed they performed a requested tire rotation, but it was never actually done. My photos clearly show that all four tires are in the exact same positions as when I dropped the vehicle off. Furthermore, the tires still have the exact same incorrect PSI readings. If a proper rotation and standard service had been performed, the tires would have been filled to an accurate, correct PSI. This is a major safety concern and a complete lack of integrity. I have filed a formal complaint and will absolutely not be returning.

Bought 4 new tires and was told 3 or 4 days before they would come in from their warehouse. Over 2 weeks later I’m still waiting and every time I call to get an update they are impatient with me on the phone.
