As I approach the manger, he said he put my ticket on the board and Technician did not see it. The manger made it appear that it was my mistake due to his error. He kept putting me off. Being a paid customer as a woman I will not tolerate this kind of service. LOST CUSTOMER!!!!!!

- VSVincent SmithApr 11, 20261.0I dropped off a set of tires the day before, they couldn't get to my scheduled app at the time which I get. Made sure I let the store manager know that I had to be at work, and would get them the next day. The next day I showed up and the store is closed with no explenation. Called the office no response, called the main Corp and and no help from them. Think twice before dropping work off at this location. 24 hours to change a set of loose wheels is totally unacceptable. Edit: It seems like im not the only one that this issue has happened with at this store SMH. Check reviews especially the bad ones before going to understand what you are dealing with here.
