Bought 4 new tires and was told 3 or 4 days before they would come in from their warehouse. Over 2 weeks later I’m still waiting and every time I call to get an update they are impatient with me on the phone.

- JCJessica CochranJun 13, 20261.0I booked an appointment over the phone for 6pm, closing was at 7 and I asked to come in 45 minutes earlier and was told there was no need, I could be serviced at 6 or 6:30 without issue. When I arrived, the guy at the counter told me they like to wind down around that time and didn’t like taking appointments that late. I showed them where I booked an appointment and expressed that I was in need of this service today. He continued to complain with the other guy behind the counter who was not doing anything either, but stated he didn’t know if he had time because he wanted to go get some food. Then when I pressed again the urgency and desire for them to honor my appointment, they said they don’t like doing anything this late because they don’t know if they had the oil filter for my vehicle and autozone was closed…. (Autozone is open until 10pm) when I realized they wouldn’t take the time to care for my vehicle properly, I left, and I will not return.
