  Brayden helped me lease my first electric car several years ago and made experience of interacting remotely with Ourisman (out of my state) outstanding. A timely recent follow up and his insight helped me identify a Volvo C40 as good solution to my current needs. The remote interaction was excellent again - timely photos, descriptions, availability by text and phone, negotiations, other details. He was insightful and helpful and coordinated our mutually agreeable arrangements in thoughtful professional and timely manner. He patiently and quickly provided sound and thorough responses to variety of questions. It was a pleasure to complete the final transaction and meet in person at Ourisman volvo Frederick where he made me comfortable in operating new vehicle for my ride home.   Great service and quote prep. The recommended test drive areas really helped to sell power line trim for my now new vehicle. The sales, technical and financing dept wereall in sync, informative, appropriately timely and patient. The ride is sweet. Michael, Dan,, and Sam. BZ guys

  My wife brought her car multiple times for the same issues (gas tank valve, noise from ac fan) but the technician couldn’t or didn’t fix the problem and blamed my wife for the issues. First they said she turned the gas cap too far then they said the cap rotted and made her pay for replacement. Then the issue remained. Finally they fixed but were sure to blame her for filling the tank wrong. Now the extended warranty has expired on the ac fan but the car has same problems. Sorry but over all we are not happy with this company.
