  Allthough we make a complain about the reparacion,We are pleased with the body repairs to my vehicle. The work was done profesisionally. Everyone We interacted with was courteous and helful throghout the process. I appreciate the quality of the wwork and would recommend Top Gun Collision Center to others. Thank you!

  Update 8/28/26 Response to the owner: I only gave 2 small Rubber grommets to drill 1.5 inch hole which he drilled it so far back that the grommet won't reach. I had to redrill the holes closer and have to pay to close the other holes he made. I gave him a small 3 inch long rear spoiler bracket and requested, since he's painting part of the car WHITE, can you do this too, he said he would take care of it, but never happened. I don't wanna embarrass you by posting pictures of my "Filthy, dirty interior", Chromed finished Engine/Compartment was also full of overspray, dust, dirt debris. High end, Classic Chrome rims/tires were filthy dirty. All that will cost me a lot of money and time to clean back to the way it was and your manager never responded to my email requesting compensation for the damage. When the manager called me, he said the car is ready, come pick it up. When I went, it was dirty, Driver Side door was so obviously crooked, when I asked him, why is the door not aligned, he had no answer, but I'm sorry, I'll try to get it fix by next week. After 2 weeks, he said, car's ready, again, When I went, it was Filthy and dirty. Door, still crooked mis-aligned. He said, we just can't fix that. Guys at your shop, brag, how they have over 30 years of experience but couldn't fix/align the door. All these parts are OEM. I had to pay another shop fix it with my help in less than 30 minutes. No discount was applied, he over charged me for unfinished work. NEVER provided an estimate when I requested multiple times. HE WAS NEVER AVAIABLE. NEVER ANSWERED OR REPLIED. They ruined my driver seat, Stitches from the kidney area coming off. Sent pic to your manager for compensation, he never replied. I'm still suffering and stressed, trying to finish up the car. ****************************************************************** I wouldn't go to this shop. Waste of time and money. Did poor work on my classic Mustang. Didn't finish the work. Fully restored interior, was filthy dirty w/all kinds of debris. Engine compartment was very dusty/dirty. Chrome classic rims/tires very dirty. Driver side door all crooked and they said they couldn't fix it that another body shop fixed it in an hour. Drilled a grommet hole far back, now I have to close that hole and find another shop to drill hole in the correct place so grommet would reach. Instead of 3-4 weeks, took them 4 months. They never returned my calls. I had to visit the shop to get status. When I asked the manager, he always said he was too busy and couldn't call back. I could go on and on, but lesson learned. I'm never going back to this place. Very poor quality work and customer service.

  Very pleased with the Top Gun team. Mike, especially was excellent to work with and kept me informed the whole way. Best of all, the car was ready almost a week early.
