  Went in for one reason. Gave a quote for a bunch of other stuff. Did everything but the main reason wasn't fixed. All the sudden it's a 3-4k fix for some plastic around the underside of the bumper, that was never talked about when I asked for them to look the whole thing over and give a quote. I take it back the mechanic wouldn't even come get the keys or drop them back off to me. Somehow it took 10 billing hours hours to put a bumper on, with the bumper not even put in right, bolts missing, bolts not even tightened. They should be embarrassed that they let it leave the way they did and charge almost 1500. Unacceptable. Do not go to this place ever.

  My car is usually returned quickly, in good condition, and way cleaner than I brought it in.

  We love this place! Through an unfortunate series of parking lot damage, a deer strike and random vandalism, we have been to Top Gun three times in the past year. Repairs are beautiful and are guaranteed for life through our insurance agreement with them. The work is always completed before the promised date and we 100% recommend Top Gun!

  Go elsewhere! 3/10. Used top gun for front end collision. My front bumper was replaced including head lights lamp coverings etc. not only was my bumper damaged during reassembly, the “mechanics” routed my front windshield wiper to the rear windshield and refused to fix it!
