  My experience with Krisy R was, without question, one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. She was extremely unprofessional, dismissive, and disrespectful throughout our interaction. Rather than listening or trying to resolve my concerns, I felt talked down to and treated as though my time and concerns didn’t matter. Professionalism, communication, and basic courtesy were completely lacking. I left the interaction feeling frustrated and shocked by how I was treated. Based on my experience, I would never recommend dealing with Krisy and hope others have a much better experience than I did.

  My son hit a deer, and Top Gun definitely did a great job repairing the vehicle. The entire process only took two weeks, and they worked directly with the insurance company to get everything handled. They even waived our $300 deductible for no reason at all, which was greatly appreciated. We have three vehicles, and Top Gun will be the only repair shop we'll use from now on. Highly recommended! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

  Repair and communication from them was great, the lady at the desk for check in however was occupied with other tasks/personal calls creating a longer than needed wait. Check out was the same basically here are your keys, no thanks, no customer service... just give me your money and bye
