  I brought my Jeep in for a safety inspection at Superier Auto Service Center and left thoroughly impressed. Despite the fact that my truck itself was not. The entire staff was exceptionally helpful and genuinely kind. It’s dog-friendly (they happily let both of us hang out in the waiting room), the coffee is solid, and the conversation was even better. Robert at the counter in particular was an absolute delight to talk with. Yes, I failed the inspection due to exterior aftermarket parts. In a perfect world, a quick glance at the vehicle would’ve prompted someone to say, “Hey, heads up. This one’s not going to pass,” and save me the $100 and three hours. That would’ve been ideal. But watching how the team interacts with every customer, hearing the fair pricing, and feeling that genuine warm welcome more than made up for it. These folks deserve more than five stars.

  Customer service, communication timely and helpful, quality work first time on budget. This is how it is supposed to be. David and his team understand that you do what you say you will, when you say you will and surpass customer expectation with excellence in the whole experience.

  Exceptional service without even seeing my car. These folks pointed me to a specialized shop for my repair instead of doing it themselves and I think that is some stellar, honest, upstanding character being displayed. Trustworthy to the max. Thank you Superior!!!!

  Dave and his team were very clear on what they felt only needed to be repaired/replaced to potentially fix the suspension noise on my Honda Accord. The problem was fixed and my 18+ year old vehicle drives like a new car again!

  Superior, indeed! The other mechanic I went to last week put a great deal of paranoia into my head about needing new struts, and said that if I hit a pothole wrong they could fly up through the hood of my car. Very pressuring, very pushy. That wasn't the case here. Robert was very forthcoming with that probably being untrue for the condition of my struts, and noted so many other things on that Mieneke report as being unnecessary or untrue. He has no reason to do that other than his integrity, and it really impressed me. Cars are expensive, and many people want to extort as much money as possible from every customer. Not here. I trust him to give my car what it needs with the utmost care and professionalism.
