  I would highly recommend. I really appreciated the personal service. I called on the phone and went to my local location. And the information provided as well as the service were right up to par. They came within the time window an estimate they provided me, called me with any information that I may have needed, and my vehicle looked perfect and spotless when they were done

  This was an experience. I was notified 1 hour before my appointment that "I ordered the wrong glass and my insurance denied my claim". I was told to recieve service that day I was going to have to bay around $1,800. Called my insurance and there was no denial on my claim and it was approved. When calling the location back I was then told the approved glass was out of stock so they ordered the one that was denied. They ordered the glass Thursday and confirmed my appointment Saturday with no mention of the switch. When speaking to the manager Brianna she said "she made a few calls" and got the glass approved and in the next breath said that she missed seeing the insurance approved before she called me to tell me it was denied. Lie after lie and still continued to blame me for ordering the wrong glass. No phone call was made when my car was finished and the shop was closing. I drove over and Brianna could not leave fast enough. Left me alone in the office while she went home. I was given care instructions to remove the tape after 2 hours, there was no tape to be removed. I paid for windshield wipers and they were not replaced. This shop is poorly managed and a bait-and-switch operation. Giving 2 stars only because Matthew the associate working was a big help in discovering what happened with the glass ordering confusion. Do not use this shop.

  Jean and the person he was training did a excellent job and did it in a timely manner they had to rush to do it cause the rain was coming but never did and still got it done great job

  Brought my fiancé's car in almost two hours before her appointment because she had last second jury duty and they managed to get me in and diagnose me early. The workers were friendly and helpful and I would highly recommend working with this location!

  I have to return for a second time to have the trim on the new windshield re-installed. First it was the passenger side, now it’s the driver side trim. I would have thought they would have made sure the condition did not exist in the opposite side but they did not. Forget trying to call them that’s a circuitous process. Go on line? I did that and the site directs you to call a number that no one answers or to text them at that number. I get that they may be understaffed. Perhaps spending less money on advertising and shifting to the actual worksite staffs might be beneficial. The new windshield was installled and done on time, it was the finish that was problematic. Oh and if you call to arrange warranty repair they route you to that ‘team’ and put you on hold only to be told no one is there and you’re calling outside if operating hours. I called at 9:20 and they are supposed to be open from 8-5 M-F. You’re directed to go the website under ‘report an issue’. Click on that and they tell you to call the number you just called or send a text to that number. Absolutely horrible customer service.
