- DCDonnie ClaytonApr 21, 20261.0I arranged for an onsite windshield replacement last Thursday. The installer called me to tell me they cut out the windshield and removed it before noticing they had the wrong windshield for my truck. After a little communication they came back Friday with the correct windshield. This windshield appears to be defective. The corner is separating. There is broken glass and smeared sealant around my windshield and broken glass between the windshield and the truck. I have been trying to contact them since Friday. It is now Tuesday with no response and no phone number to call. So much for their TV commercials

They refused to honor a scheduled appointment because as manager Mike said “I didn’t make this appointment and this is MY shop so it runs how I want it to.” Without a doubt the most unprofessional behavior by a manager I have ever experienced.
