  I had an excellent experience with Safelite. My technician, Matthew, was outstanding. He arrived on time, was very professional, and explained everything before starting the work. He replaced the windshield on my 2024 BMW X5 with the OEM glass I requested, completed the calibration, and made sure everything was working properly before he left. He answered all of my questions, paid attention to detail, and left the vehicle clean. The entire process was smooth from scheduling through installation. I highly recommend Safelite, and especially Matthew, for anyone needing windshield replacement.

  Good service, good communication, came exactly on time. This was a follow up from another repair and he addressed the exact area I was hearing noises coming from. All in all the visit went exactly how I hoped. Thank you.

  Quick easy service, great technician and $125 cheaper than what an auto shop quoted me. Only thing that bothered me was that I got 3 automated called reminding me about my appointment even though I had already confirmed it 2 times through automated text messages

  Had to get the back windshield on my truck replaced due to it shattering. Since my deductible was so high, I reached out to Safelite and they did the work for a reasonable price. The technician was friendly and knowledgeable. Would recommend them to anyone looking for a simple repair at a reasonable price.

  Repeated issues with this Safelite loction, I took my vehicle in 2 weeks ago to have my windshield replaced and defective glass was installed, I took it back so that they could remove the defective windshield and replace it, only to find the replacement was installed improperly and the rubber moulding around the windshield was pulling away from the glass, in trying to fix it the rubber moulding was also trimmed down, so I now need another new windshield intallation as well as a new moulding. I have now been sitting in their waiting room for 6 hours waiting for my vehilce, and will need to wait another 2 or more hours for my third visit. During my time sitting in their waiting room I have heard multiple customers coming in and complaining about subpar work.
